I use a powder for arginine and pills for zinc and lecithin and my vitamins. The powder is a whole lot cheaper (4 cents per gram vs. about 30 cents per gram).

lol I kind of like "bimp", though. It's "bump", but pimpified.

Ok, I see the cost reasoning, but what about absorbtion by the body?

Seems to work well. I was taking arginine pills before, with not much effect (3g per day) and when I started taking the powder (6g) I noticed for the first week and a half or so my balls were kinda sore, which is a normal side effect of arginine. That had never happened before so it seems to be working. Don't worry though, the ball soreness goes away after about a week and a half.
Yeah bimp was kinda nice. :D
