Girth before lenth?upward,downward?

This is my third months of constant use of my ads...last week for the first time i saw girth gains...0.5 bigger in girth...so does that mean that i will gain lenth next months????i was wearing upward...now i am wearing downward..the moment when i change to downward and after adding new bar i saw girth gains!!does the girth gains are sign for lenth gains???????

Wear it downward for a while and see if that brings faster length gains. The girth increase is amazing! Congratulations! .25" more than I gained this year:)
