View Full Version : Pressure and Time as factors of growth in Extender Devices

I've been wondering about how much pressure is needed, as well as the time, in order for good growth to occur in the penis when it is extended in the extender devices. Does the tension/pressure that is exerted on the penis in the device always have to be high?? Won't time eventually affect the penis regardless of how much pressure/tension is exerted on the penis?

In other words, let's use Bob as a theoretical example:

Option 1: Bob can handle 2400g of pressure in an extender device but he can only does 3 hours a day.

Option 2: Bob, although he can handle 2400g in his extender device, decides to go for 1800g and wears it for 6 hours a day.

If Bob stretches his penis with his penis extender device so that his penis is stretched out fully, but not very intensely, will he be able to see growth in 6 months time just from having his penis stretched out with low pressure for 6 hours a day? ?:(

I think 3 hours at high tension is best but you may want to create a super set type logic with this as low loads and high loads both have their advantages.

Lets say you have six hours to train during the day. I like the idea of 6 resets on the device, one every hour. For the first hour go maximum tension, this will break down stubborn tissue and prepare the penis for the next set. The second set reduce the tension slightly, this will help cement the first hour of break down. With each progressing hour reduce more and more until the last hour where you set a minimum stretch. Over time this type of routine will be a constant flux of break down gains and cementing as it is happening. Also, remember, when you take it off every hour there is nothing wrong with getting in a few basic stretches, icing on the cake and all:)
