SG vs other extenders

I was wondering how other extenders compare vs the SG. They all look the same, and obviously are built to do the same thing. Many will say it's the quality, but how do you know for sure? Unless you have bought others and compared them to the SG.

I ran into this one off ebay, and emailed some of the buyers. Some of them replied saying the quality of the built is great, good stretch, and seeing results
