Someone was telling me girls have to douche regularly to keep their tank from smelling. They told me if they do not douche regularly, it smells really bad, and they can get a yeast infection. If a guy has sex with a girl who has a yeast infection he can get jock itch. Strange I have never heard of this before.

That is simply not true. My understanding is that douching too frequently (or at all) can cause bacteria levels to get out of whack and make her prone to infections.

That's what I think, my SO uses a ph-balanced feminine soap (I think wal mart brand). She says soap causes PH issues and this stuff must work because she always smells and tastes fantastic, more than any other women I've been with.

Plain of course; fruity-snootch = not so healthy.
