By chance this evening I was flicking through the stations (As you do) and I came across the Biography channel which had an episode of 'I survived beyond and back' which is Near death and actual death experiences (NDE & ADE respectively) told through the eyes of the person that experiencing it all.

To cut this short, one of them was a guy named Anthony. I only saw the tail end of the show but enough to know he had died while on the operating table for some heart operation, the heart stopped and while this occurred he had an ADE with OBE (Outer body) and looked down at his body, seeing the docs and nurses working to get him back ... he noted his wife in the obs room with someone and this he would only know if he could be in the room seeing it all, which he didn't as he was out when wheeled into theatre.

Anthony described how peaceful he felt and ALL his life flashed before him. This seems to be common theme with all NDE, ADE encounters. He said it was at the speed of light but all taken in like slow motion ... the good, the bad and the ugly in his life went all before his eyes ... he said he thought he was going to hell! Then he noticed a brilliant white light which surrounded him and total peace.

Anthony asked for forgiveness and he was given another chance. Sadly Anthony does suffer from throat cancer but is doing well and has a blog which I want to mention. He updates it DAILY and you can check it out http://anthony7-lifewithcancer.blogspot.com/

Also he has a blog on the beyond and back programme he appeared in and how I learned about him. That is http://anthonykimbroughbeyondandbackquestion.blogspot.com/

Anthony stated that he doesn't know why he was allowed to comeback ... but maybe he can help others somehow. I thought of this place, this section and knowing I MUST share his word for others, so maybe they can share something in this ... perhaps someone reading this is suffering right now? lonely, sick or just curious? ALL these things and more are just fine.

I think he is inspirational in how he is battling a horrible disease and took from his ADE so many positives which he is now channelling into the world to help others. That for me is why I feel it deserves a mention here and at least several minutes of ALL your time at the very least!

I will pray for him that his throat cancer is regressing and will never become any worse.

The pride, arrogance, unforgiving, hate, deception... all come through that night. My God I didn't realize all I had done or how bad I had done it. I was at the top of my heap and you know, I thought it would never end. Funny how we seem to forget that we are here for just a blink of an eye. Funny that we forget how we came into the world naked and empty handed, and we go out the same way. I had done a lot of good things too though more than I had thought for all the wrong reasons. Those don't count, at least not in a positive way.

Just last night I watched a program on ABC hosted by a correspondent injured in Iraq 5-6 years ago who is convinced he had an NDE.
For whatever reason, it, and your thread, made me think of this really intriguing reincarnation case:

When I saw the program on this kid I was damn impressed, his story sounded damn plausible to me.

Life (and you can quote me) is a funny place to live.
