I started out pe a summer ago, i was around 6 EL and 4.6 EG. Now I am 7.5-7.75 EL and 4.8 EG. My goal is 8x6 NBP. I use to do manual stretches and then i began to hang and do girth work. I have a new idea that will be shceduled for 5 days on (Sunday-Thursday) and what ever other days I can manage. I have a new idea for a length routine, manual one day and hang the next. Tell me what you think:
Day 1 Manual stretching/girth
Length
-3 sets bundled stretches in all directions (6 mins each)
-3 sets bundled A-stretch (1 min each)
-3 sets pulse 110s (50 pulls each)
-3 sets 2 handed bundled tunica stretch (1 min each)
Girth
-200 dry jelqs
-supra slammers (15 mins)
-clamp (10 mins)
-width expansion (10 mins)
Day 2 Hanging/girth
Length
-2 sets hang 13 pounds (20 mins each)
Girth
Same as day 1
