View Full Version : How Much GIRTH have you gained through PE?

This poll is to be taken and voted LITERALLY. I don't care how long, I don't care if it's manual or device, both, whatever-I just want to have an overall breakdown of GIRTH gains, between day 1 (before you did any PE whatsoever) up to and including today!

If you have gained an inch or more-please out yourself, describe your routine, and HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO GET THIS GAIN? And the methods you think helped the most for the sake of our posters who will ask.

I'll start to demonstrate:

I've gained 1.3" (last I checked) in girth through PE efforts.
Took me about 3 months I think, maybe 4?
Haven't measured in a while, but last I checked, I was at about 6.5" MSEG.
I did all this from just daily jelqing (usually no days off), fast 2-3 second jelqs, straight down in a true milking fashion. I also began mixing in some Supra Slammers (2-4 per session between jelq sets). I range between 400-700 jelqs per day.
Entire routine takes 15-25 minutes per day, I do it all in the shower with baby oil.

I'm creeping toward 1.5" girth gained myself. Legit, SHAFT girth rather than "base girth" which is more often than not skin creep. Has come from a mix over the years of manual girth work and in more recent times clamping. If I could do it all over, it would be 100% clamping. I've come to believe it's THE most effective method hands down. I don't have a SET time frame for the gains as my PE has been probably one of the most sporadic routines. I will say though over the last 12 years, when I have been consistent, I have gained. Go figure? I've seen girth increases of 1/8" in as short as 2 weeks. I've seen 1/4" in a couple months.

0.8 inches made, I did like almost 100% newbie stretching back then so my Length gains were amazing and my 5 min jelqing over that year didnt do too much for my girth. Focused totaly diffrent, will go for girth now mostley so Im hoping for an 1" extra this time.

Yes, I meant MSEG... I wasn't aware that people had bigger base girth gains and thus was deceptive. I've personally never even measured girth anywhere but the middle. The only other place I'd care about is the ridge of glans and below glans (to make sure the latter matches the MSEG-ie that my penis is straight, not triangular!). I should have put MSEG in poll question though.
Again, it appears I'm pretty lucky and lean toward girth gains naturally or something. I've only seen a 0.3" gain in length over 6 or 7 months though.... so I guess we all have strengths and weaknesses.

You're supposed to give info on how you did it if you're above 1" DLD.... You're not helping me make this thread a plethora of girth knowledge-which was my hope! And frankly-it's a good opportunity for you to pimp the MOS dvd! :)

I've gain a inch and a quater of mid-section girth from around middle Feburary till present! I atrribute the largest part of my girth gains to my heavy jelqing routine (1000 to 1200 a day) and horse squeezes (8, 50 second holds)! I hope this post is detailed enough! Correct me if I'm wrong Doc!

Takes too long, its not quite so simple nor is anyone under obligation to spend time going through something that has been explained before. All my logs are freely available in the routine section for those interested to look over. They are all together closing in on 100 pages so hence it cannot be placed in here. It would be unfair of me to sum it up in a paragraph for the sake if this thread.

Good thread, just that I would take ages writing about my journey in girth :) What I will say to make it short and sweet is what started my girth gains off was wet jelqing done fully erect daily. I then moved onto horse squeezes which were excellent at growth. From that I started the whole clamping craze, regardless what others say it was these forums along with PridePenis back in the day that got it going. I noticed amazing gains with that combined later with pumping.

A great TIP you cannot go wrong with is always strive for 100% erection and push it harder to the max. So get fully erect do a squeeze and feel that mama burst, it will feel odd and perhaps some pain but ride it cos the gains come. You want to be expanding that cock more and more each week. In time you will grow I PROMISE THAT. My cock now I cannot believe it when I SEE it in the mirror, even flaccid it looks amazing to me now when before I was shy about it and not happy.

Jelqing, clamping and pumping combined with other exercises such as horses and SSJ's in the expanded state post pump will help you gain permanent girth.

Very impressive gains from you both with in excess of an inch in less than 6 months.

I get the general impression that to gain large amounts of girth, you need to do a but load of jelqs.
