Today i started hanging!!!!I did my usual routine of 45-an hour of streching then 30-45 minutes of jelqing then i rest for about an hour then i hung!!!!!!!!Is that good???????Need some answers!!!!

I hung with a sock and puit some heavy stuff in there then i hung it on my dick!!!!

Any comments!!!

I want the best erect length gains i can get --so im starting to hang--I want the maximum!!!

Honestly what youre doing with the sock sounds dangerous. You say "I hung with a sock and puit some heavy stuff in there then i hung it on my dick!!!!"....first, you have no idea (from the way it sounds) how much weight you had there. Also, just tieing something around your dick like a sock or anything similar is never a good idea. The pressure placed on your dick is very uneven when you do so. I've heard of guys injuring themselves like this. If youre going to hang weights do so with a hanger. Look at my sticky thread in this forum at the top where I give you instructions and diagrams on how to make a very inexpensive and SAFE weight hanger that will let you hang as much weight as you should need to in order to aid your length gains.

I would LISTEN to the master of hanging here.
Still IMHO is the hang Guru in the WHOLE pe world bar-none, he got me on the road to hanging and I did it well and safe cos of him.
Take his advice.

Doing it after your PE training sounds like overtraining, slow down man, and do your homework. Less is often more until you really get on top of all this!

So hanging after a 1 in a half hour Pe session wouldn't be good???
So would hangin itself take the place of my regulare Pe session???

Nobody can say for 100% sure. Go with what works for you, but in the meantime I would recommend splitting them up, say PE in morning, hang at night etc. Or even do alternate days, there's just no point in overtraining and gettting 50% of the benefit when you could do half and get the exact same benefit.

I cant say it clearly enough MORE IS NOT ALWAYS MORE ! :) PE and hanging is an art not a science.

Yea exactly why should i push it or even overtrain--But man i do like to do PE because i can get big --but i also wan to hurry up and reach my goal so i dont have to put so much into PE--Maybe after i reach my goal--just like twice a week ---you know???
