I got caught up in the advanced exercises, with trying everything out, I couldn't get a uniform routine. As a result, I am going back to the basics with Phase I. I am doing Phase I, but every week upping the Jelq time and Stretch sessions. I plan to implement Supra Slammers as well. This is simple and should provide gains because each succesive week will be tougher. I plan to do this for 3 months.

Sounds like a solid plan. I gained from Phase I (thread is around here somewhere).

how long have u been PE'ing gamer? I am also in your same situation. I had been PE'ing since september but i didnt build a good foundation for later exercises because of me being so neive.

There are many guys who decide to go back to basics. Tried and true exercise is a great starting point or re-starting point.

yes, funny thing is, im pretty sure most, if not all of my gains have came from just basic stretches and wet jelqs..

This is a very valuable information for your future in PE. For myself, I know I made substantial gains with basic stretching so I love revisiting this routine from time to time. As a matter of fact the past few weeks I have been doing a slightly modified version of basic stretching.

Beginning week 3, the difference is there! I am firm/erect all day, and I have become addicted to PE. BTW, I have been doing my stretching in a mirror. By looking at how big my penis is, I get more motivated.

I have dropped Jelqing completly to focus on Supra Slammers. This week will be 12 SS along with 12 stretching sets. Next week it will be 15 and 15, and then the week after that will be 16/16. 7 on, 0 off. Size update around 5/19

Would a girl notice a 1/4 in increase in NBPEL and Girth within a month? Because I broke the rules and did an impromptu measure, and this B2B program has netted me about .25 in both with an intense two weeks before measuring. I think 3/8 and 3/8 may be doable.

I have set some goals for the longterm. Don't worry, my routine will change every 4 months so that I hit new angles of growth.
Sept. 04: 8.5 BPEL x 6 EG
Feb. 05: 9 x 6
June 05: 9.25 x 6
Sept 05: 9.5 x 6.25
April 06: 10 x 6.25
Sept 06: 10.25 x 6.25
Dec 06: 10.5 x 6.25 (Maybe retirement?)
I could never retire from PE. The community and the activity (even when not gaining) is rewarding and relieves stress for me. Are these gains reasonable?

GUYS !!! You must PE with a mirror in sight. I've been doing it for two weeks and my confidence is through the roof! This may be the breaking point in Mental PE. I also repeat in my head about 500 times a day, "You have a big penis, and it is getting bigger everyday/" I look forward to PE everyday, and the mirror shows my penis getting bigger; before, I saw PE as a chore, and usually couldn't keep a solid routine. I liken the PEing in front of a mirror, to a bodybuilder flexing and working out in front of a mirror.

Mantras are incredible in PE. I have done these ever since the beginning of my program. I am glad they are working for you too!

wow PE in the mirror! never thought of that, and yes mantras are very helpful. In fact i actually use mantras before i fall asleep for my lucid dreaming, works VERY well

Well part of getting to a goal is believing you can do it. When you reinforce your hard PE work with positive mantras you will get there that much faster.

I haven't measured base girth, but I have noticed a tremendous increase in base girth/ When I measure in two weeks, I will measure it.

Basics WORK!!! My new numbers are in:
8 1/8 BPEL
7 1/2 NBPEL
5 3/4 MSEG
6 1/8 BG
In a little over 6 weeks, I went up a 1/4 in length and girth!!

The great thing is that it was achieved with only simple stretches and simple Supra Slammers.

Join the MOS paysite and follow DLD's phase I stretching routine. In phase I, you do three sets, I tend to do 18-20 a night.

18-20!? DAMN nice man..I do 3 sets a night, though my sets now consist of 2 minute each stretch in all directions instead of 30 second ones. I'll give your way a shot at it though, seems better on my arthritus in my thumbs. :)

After about two months of testing hanging/new routines, I have to go back to the basics once again. In my research, my PE time diminshed and I couldn't keep a set routine because I would try a little hanging, a little stretching, etc. (Like a pupu platter). Now I am doing phase I stretches, dld blasters, and supra slammers with each week having an increase in duration. I am back baby!! :)

i'm glad that you are refocused on what you want to do...i think it is easy for people to stray off while pe'ing...it is so many exercises and so many different ways to gain...that you get excited thinking about what exercise can make the gains come faster so you go all over the place not really cementing a good routine...i think consistency is a major factor in pe'ing having a consistent routine is better than trying all of the above...plus what make great gains for others may not be too hot for you...but you are well on your way to your 9x6....keep it up

I go to college in a month, and will keep you updated on how co-ed pussy reacts to my developing monster. To help with dorm life, I am reading Gandolf's FAQ on the subject, and I plan to gain 1/8 in length and girth this month.
