Stunna's Eat Less and Runalot Plan for Summer.

Well I woke up this morning at 5 o'clock just like I told Supra I would. Popped and ephedra pill and waited for it to kick in. After about 10 minutes I was woke the fuck up and got dressed. Grabbed my discman and was out the door. About 4 blocks away from my house on turned on my discman to realize in fact that it was not my disturbed cd but my reggae remix cd :flame:

But I didn't realize reggae had such a good beat to run to, it was not a bad experience but I'd rather not have Sean Paul yelling in my ear at 5 in the mornin thanks.

Anyway I ran maybe a mile and a half to the 24 hour convenience store down my street a ways and bought myself a red bull and protein bar for breakfast. I am fully awake now and don't think I am gonna fall asleep in class today. I'm going to try to run every morning from now on or at least bike. My eating plan consists of, not eating so much, and more protein than carbs.

Wish me luck

Isn't running great? I went running for almost an hour on Saturday, and I felt so dang good afterwards! I'm going again tomorrow. Today is upper body day for me (dips, chins, abs).

I'm just working on losing this extra fat so the muscles I already have can be seen. I'm gonna do pushups and upside down pushups and sit-ups too
just to tone everything

Don't forget the triceps(arms go parallel to torso) push ups. Jump-rope is also great. So are squats. Damn, there's a lot one can do without using weights...

Running is a great thing to reduce your body fat, increase cardiovascular health and respiratory health.
I quit smoking about a year ago and I went through hell and back to get my lungs in good shape.
I agree there is so much that you can accomplish without weights, the push-ups and sit-ups work great.
Also pull-ups work on almost anything even if you don't have a bar to use, tree branches that are sturdy enough, tie a rope to something, a chain to your basketball hoop, anything.
