First of all Evo...welcome aboard! Always good to see new names here. Weights are an option...not a necessity. They are MY preferred method of stretching. I chose weights because I feel like I get a more efficient workout with them. Also, I can hold a stretch with my hands for only a few minutes at a time. With weights...each stretch lasts between 15 and 20 minutes. I've gained 3/4" over the last couple months from weights. These gains are not "new guy" gains either. Weights do however require some additional learning and time to learn the tricks of the trade so to speak. I compare hanging weights to pumping. Although they are totally different types of penis enlargement....it's basically the same idea. With pumping you have your equipment. You have to learn to pump correctly and within your tolerances....not to use too much pressure...things like that. With weights...same deal....you have to get or make a hanger....learn how to wrap properly....how to adjust your hanger to your penis....how to hang properly, etc. There's a wealth of hanging knowledge and diagrams/directions on how to make a hanger in the "hanging around" forum. Like I said, weights are not 'necessary' but, a very good option. It all boils down to a personal decision.
