Have been wanting to start a record ever since I joined this forum. Many obstacles have kept me from doing what I thought was a decent routine so I keep putting off the record.
I am left with no choice but to go the hanging routine for now until some physical problems heal up.
I received my hanger mid July. Still mostly trial and error for me. Trying to get the kinks worked out and fine what will work best.
As of todays workout I started with 20 minutes at 5 lbs. weight.
Five minute massage.
20 minutes at 5 again
5 minute massage
20 min at 7.5
5 minute massage
20 min at5 lbs
5 minute massage
20 minutes at 2.5 lbs.
I used a heat pad on high for the first 10 minutes of each set.
Too distracting for me to go to the other room to get to the microwave.
Looks like 1/8 inch gain in bpfsl in a week, but next measuring day is August 1. Will give complete measurements then.
Had to switch from hanging str8 down. Pain in left of scrotum too severe. Switched to over the leg for now. My lot is 6 so my lig work is probably maxed out anyways. Only completed a 20 min set over each leg. Stress much different than str8 down.
Ok another hurdle removed this am. Just got back from the dr. NO CANCER.. Its official this time. Definately an engorged varicocele. Have to change from boxers to very supportive briefs for one month. If the swelling and pain don't diminish then he will do surgery and tie off the veins that are screwed up.
Before leaving his office i explained my pe routine to him. He laughed...thought it was funny as hell...till i told him i had gained close to 1 1/2 inches in just over 2 months. Wish you could have seen his facial expression change. Anyways he said it would be perfectly safe as long as i didn't overdo it and wind up with scar tissue.
Now back to my routine. Last night i tried a new hanging angle. Layed down on bed with half of my body on the bed and half supported by a chair. Attached the weights and did a 20 min session. Man the stretch in the tunica was awsome. Used 7.5 lbs
Today i am doing over the legs again. Not as good a pull as laying down but just trying to mix it up and see what happens.
Tonight i will add the laying down routine for 2 sessions of 20 min.
Increased weight to 7.5 for all sets today.
Onlt did 6 sets of 20 minutes because fluid started to nuild up above the hanger. Oh well back to the adjustments.
Two stretch sessions today 15 min.each Six 20 min hanging sets @7.5 lbs.
3 stretch sessions today @ 20 min each.
5 sets of hanging with 7.5 lbs @ 20 min
1 set of hanging with 10 lbs. @ 20 min
2 full hour s of stretch today with a couple minute massage to restore bloodflow every 20 min. After that workout I will only try to hang for a couple of sets maybe at 5 lbs.
Took a couple of weeks off due to starting some new meds. Feeling some better now and will start hanging again. Actually gained 1/8 of an in FSL and BPL during this 2 weeks.

Its GREAT Innit when you know gains are coming
Yeah Red its absolutely amazing. I'm doing pretty much the same thing I did for the year previous to joining the forums. Funny ...or maybe I should say sad thing is that I only saw about 1/8 in growth then. Now... its more than a 1/4 in average a month.
