They're mainly a sexual aid. Give you a little temporary increase in girth. I've yet to see anyone report gains from them though. I also would not recommend using them during girth exercises. As I've mentioned elsewhere, you can become too swollen and not be able to remove the ring. Look into cable clamps and constrictor exercises.

Hmm i have heard that when people wear the rings 24/7 everyday (this can be bad if its too tight) along with PE exercises that they can gain considerable amounts, I and a few others had a thread to see if we could gain on another forum by wearing them for long extended times, and it proved positive for most people.

Try your local or nearest Adult Store. They usually have a bunch of them. When I have seen them they are usually up front in a glass case by the register, but that is at mine. (not that I have been in there or anything, just what I have heard ;)

I wear "island rings".They come in packs of three. The smallest one will break immediatly,so I dont use it the other two start out real tight but they stretch after a few times wearing them.I use them when they are tight for sex.The stretched ones I use for all day wear.The stretched ones break after about two weeks so I am constantly cycling them.I usually buy three pack every two weeks.
