Hi,
I've been lurking on various PE forums for over a year now and have now put myself in the right mental state to start PE.
I haven't got a proper routine yet but need to know that if I was to just do 300 kegals and 250 Jelqs a day to start with would I see an improvement in my size?
I just to see a small improvement in order to get myself going and really really start believing.
My starting size is 5 - 5.5 inches Erect - small I know !
Thank you in advance to anyone who helps
Welcome candy! I started smaller than you are now so don't feel intimidated. Jump right in ...pull your shoes and stay a while.
I would add to the start routine that you mentioned some basic stretches. Pull penis in every direction and hold each for 30 seconds. Do a couple of sets of these a day for a couple of weeks then add a couple more sets. I'm sure some more guys will chime in and give some some much better advice as i am still somewhat new to pe. Believe me it works..

candystore,
For beginning, I think that routine is fine. However, I would have to agree with C-Guy about adding some form of stretching. Your current routine should take about 20 minutes to do, so I suggest adding 10 minutes of stretching at the end of the routine. The type of stretching can be all up to you, but since you're beginning, I'd stray away from Blasters and the like until you're better conditioned. Also, you may wish to tailor your stretches (up down, straight out, left, right, etc.) based on you LOT, to aid in any gains. However, I believe that as long as you're doing some kind of stretching, you will certainly see gains from it, regardless of your LOT.
All in all, I think adding the 10 minutes of stretching will help quite a bit. The routine will only take a half hour, and that isn't too bad at all. Just stay consistent, and the gains will come.

Hope it's gone well for you. I have been reading up on PE for several months now and I still don't have a real routine. I have tried many of the exercises sporadically, but I'm another one that has kind of lost time on this one. My biggest issues are probably time management related. I think I'll post for some advice on that one.
I know what ya mean its so hard to find time, thats why i split my routines up though out the day.

Manual stretching in each direction will do much more than you think! You really should add them to ANY length routine (unless hanging). As for your size, no worries, it probably just means that you're gonna gain a lot, fast! I started at 5.8" Get ta' goin!

That isn't always true, but it is a general trend.

candystore, I know that seeing initial results is a great motivator in your belief of PE. It was for all of us. I would love to see you gain and make all your dreams come true. As you have stated, you are in the proper mental frame to start. On this note I would highly suggest taking full advantage of the "state of mind" and include a solid stretching routine. A good beginners stretching routine does not have to take any longer than 20-30 minutes but the benefits are so worth the time investment.

DLD, cos of my problem (talking about in other forum - turned out to be a mole) I have only just started PE today - 1st Sept 2003.
My routine consisted of 300 jelqs, 300 Kegals and stretching which consisted of pulling up, down, out, left and right - holding for 30 secs each time.
I'm going to continue with the routine until the end of the month and see where it gets me, I will then increase everything next month.
DLD, thanks for taking the time to answer this thread, I am beginning to feel like part of this cool community. :)
My overall target is 7.5/8 EL
