Donut effect from hanging?

I want to know if its possible to get the "donut effect" from hanging?

I see the pictures on this site and i was shocked:

When I was hanging I found that if I took my time and did a good wrap there was never any donut effect. The times that I rushed the wrap and it was uneven I would see a bit of the donut.

Does not work for me either, but yes you can get some fluid build up if youre not wrapping properly (usually wrapping too tightly).
