Well I dont have a SET routine anymore.
I do 1 on 1 off / 3 on 4 off / 2 on 1 off or whatever.
I always make sure I do 2/3 sessions a week minimum.

I only do Stretching exercises, plus one width exercise.

I do VERY strong intense stretches using rolling pins and high angles of attack on my ligs/tunica.

I make sure I get the Lig burnt and really stretched heach session, which lasts around 30/45 minutes.

I do lay down stretches [Like lazy ass / and leg under]
Quick Jerks.
Squat Stretches.
Sit-up stretches.
And many types of advanced stretches using alsorts of angles of attack and rollin pins, juts basiccly making sure I get them worked out and sore.

I do the presser exercise which is a width builder.

I am now over 7 inches erect girth, just around 8 inches erect lenght, 2' erect width.

I will post the update to these soon.

Well my starting stats were

Erect length = 6.6'
Erect Girth = 5.5'
Flaccid Length = 3/3.5'
Flaccid Girth = ?????
Erect Width = ?????
Flaccid Width = ?????

Erect Length = 8.25'
Erect Girth = 7.3 / 7.4'
Flaccid Length = 5.80 to 6' [Varies around this]

I have been doing NPE for very near 2 years now, but not consistant.
I did like 4 months consistant at first than on and off, than none at all, than bits here and their and than 6/7 months consistant and now here and their.

I NEVER used to fo ANY stretching till recent, like last few months, plus thats why my girth is huge and my length not caught it up, or vise versa.

I do NPE whenever I can, I try to do at least 2/3 sessions a week and VERY hard and intense, its unreal ) I am covered in sweat and sore as hell down their when I finished, than I swing ma cock around and shout out like a gorilla

Its all good fun and I enjoy it, but very buisy at times.

Anyway as for the Rollin pjn thing:
Just get a rollin pin and do this:

Pull ya flaccid willy out and place the pin right at the base, in a way like a crow bar trying to break/wrench a lock off.

Pull ya cock out and do this action with the rollin pin, but in the opposite way of the pin.
This creates a GREAT tug and works well for the Tunica.

I remember a guy named Johan, from Thunderz mentioning he does the same thing but with a metal pipe,
Also he and I do Blasters while doing these, ya should feel a good stretch and even a burn feel.

red i got an idea for an exercise ...i dont think there is anything out like it yet or i haven't seen or heard of it ....but b4 i do it or tell the idea here i would like to run it by you first see if you think it is worth trying so i will pm you about it tonite or tom. morn. so be sure to check your private messages ...and let me kno what you think ....but personaly i think my idea will be a good extreme exercises .......

Just finised doing a 50/60 minute session.

I did what I always do plus a few Penis Isometrics , which make the tendons and ligs be able to stretch further than ever.

-

I felt a few burns, a very sharp one to my left ligs on two occasions.
I didnt do any Sit-up streches today and very few Tunica rollin-pin strehces.
Tunica not really worked today, I chose not to.

I didnt do my clock/joystick strehces at FULL intensity like I mostly do.

I still did the Squat stretches very hard and good.
I missed the prostate massege out THIS TIME.
Also the erect bend was missed as well, plus the flaccid jelq.

I did do >

1] Squat Stretches
2] Few Jerks
3] Joystick and Clock stretches
4] Very vew Tunica stretches [rollin-pin]
5] Modified Lay-down stretch [The sides of the penis] DID ALOT and VERY intense
6] The presser
7] Circulation shakes [More this time]
8] The Roller Did this very intense with a turniquet around my cock at erect, made it go past 100% erect size.
9] Burn stretch
1 EXTRAS

I have also been messin with new techniques with the Rolling pin.
I get it so thats it on top of my cock with my legs over each end, than I pull the penis upwards and hold, this is a great stretch.
I can feel the ligs on this very much.
Did a few of these.
Anything like this I call EXTRAS, methods that I just bundle in.

My cock is know sore when touched at the base.
The skin/tendons/ligs to the side REALLY got a good stretch in the modified lay down.
I could see the ligs at the very corner of the angle of the penis base where it meets the leg joint.

I can still feel the ligs as well, especially that left one.

I also mess with another new method.
When I come down on the Squat, I now sometimes from time to time when near the floor I stay crouched and pull my cock down and pull the rest of ma body up alittle so to make a stretch. While doing this I pull my cock left, right and hold it for say 5/10 seconds.
This really seems to stretch the base area, and I can feel it afterwards indeed.

It got to a point today where I COULD NOT do anymore lig work if I made ma self as I was experincing pain if I did.

So I guess thats I good workout?
I MIGHT do another session tonight, like a quick 15 minute one made up of Tunica stretches, the squat, ATS Roller, Erect bends and lay downs.

The ATS Roller really is an amazing exercise.
It gets the width and head HUGE.

I like that exercise the most, plus the squat and burner stretches, which are a modified 'A' stretch by DLD, I get a good stretch and pull , but I also have a vitamin tug on the top of the penis [near base] and the arm I pull with pushes down on this while the cock is being pulled out, this results in a GREAT maximum lig stretch when a reverse kegel is used as well.
The burn feeling results.

Okay I have completly redone my routine, and will fully get into it tommorow Thursday.

Here it is >>>>


1) Do 800/1000 wet jelqs at 90/100% erect everyday.
Do them mixture of slow [3 secs] to fast [1 secs] movements and
hard grip, A-Okay palms down and palms up.

Will have these 800/1000 reps broken up thru' the day.

2) Do 200 Redzulu dry jelqs each day as well.

3) Do about 20 minutes [2 ten min' sessions] ATS Rollers each day

4) Do some Testicle hanging daily

5) Do some Penis hanging daily

Also I do kegels, mixture of reverse and normal plus I do Penis Isometrics from time to time.

The above plan is really made for length now.
I know for a fact that the Wet jelq will give good length results.
The Arabs ONLY used the wet jelq, 7 days on and they gained great.
I need to take ma time with this.
I should see within about 3 months of doing the above for 7 on 0 off, some sort of gains.

I have decided to do just the Hanging / Redzee Jelqs for the time being [2 weeks] on a 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off shedule.

My girth has increased ever so, only a few days of my RedZee Dry jelqs.
Keep ya posted.
And my Hanging is unbelivable, the stretch is awesome.
I never had my ligs/tendons/skin fatigued like this EVER.
I know with my new motivation and confidence that I will be bigger than most average men, I want length and am gunna fucking get it one way or another................as DLD said......Die trying if I have to.......I will.

As for my update:

Things seem to be going okay,
I have done this plan for 6 days now [1 rest day] but have not missed aday of the 20 minute 10lb BTC hanging.
I really feel the stretch like never before.
I lie on the bed with the weight hanging of, my legs elevated in the air and held.
I than slowly over the 20 mins' lower my legs so that they eventually after 15 mins' come to touch my arse, so I get a maximum stretch.
I also do the reverse kegel alot in my hanging, the pull is amazing its great.

I have a few bugs, like I am going to get the hanger to hang lower down the shaft, so I get more pull on the actual shaft [tunicae] than all on the ligs/tendons.

But I can feel the effects from the session more than 12 hours later.
I am soon probably tommorow, going to do 30 minutes instead of 20.
I feel I can now go this distance.

After a hang, I go to the bathroom, apply cold water for 1 minute, than apply a hot wrap for another minute, than another cold one, and again the hot wrap.

This is done for 5 mins' or so and is to help circulation/health/healing/growth of the penis but the cold actually helps the nerves more, as hanging can effect them more this helps remove alot if any swelling caused.

Also I still do my RedZee Dry jelqs, but not on a reguler set plan, I do them whenever BUT I am going to starting tommorow gunna do 400 daily, split into 2 sets of 200 reps.
I will also include the ATS Rollers as well.

But for now its just the hanging, I think it looks abit longer flaccid but its early days yet.

Right okay,
I didnt do a full session lastnight as I had alittle tenderness in the ligs from a pre-session the night before, I did just 5 mins' ligament hanging with 10LB and a new workout....I did Tunicae Hanging, that focuses on the actual penis tissue getting stretched...this is done by having the weight device attached the same way, but I lie on the bed face down, with the weight hanging off....also I elavated abit at the front so not leaning into the device.
This way I get a good tug upwards on the penis, thus the Tunicae is stretched.

I will do this from now on.
Doing a 20 minute 10LB sesssion just like with the ligament work.

I aint cemented the ATS Rollers / RedZee D' Jelqs into the routine yet, but do a few RedZee's when I can, they work well for swelling the girth, I will do them more often probably getting into it tommorow than I will see after a few weeks if they really work.

Also I am trying a new way to hang from the method I use now.
I went to a vetarans site [Tom Hubbard-hanging god] and looked around for homemade stuff.
I found a good little device named the AFB.
It is so simple to make, uses the same concept as you would do using your index fingers pulling out the penis.
It can be done in 10 minutes or so.

I aint tryed it yet on me, but have tryed it with a rod as the penis, and it seems to work okay, later on I will try it and see if its better than the one I currently use.

UPDATE:

Two nights ago I had a hard session.
My left side [penis] at the top base, was really sore during and after my usual 20 min' 10lb BTC hang with the AFB set-up.
It really hurt.
I thought it was the lig' but it was the skin, it was red and rubbed abit.
I managed to also do 10 minutes of Fulcrum Hanging, same AFB Set-up with 10lb.
MAN did I feel it in the Tunicae, GREAT.

Lastnight I did NO EXERCISE, as I thought it best to leave it out so my skin to heal some.
The skin seams fine now so later on I gunna do the usual.
I will also do a few wet jelqs and extras hopefully.

I am now currently seeking out a more secure platform to be attached to the penis, currently its the bandage.
But when the AFB is attached it slips some, only some but I dont want it to near the head [glans] so I will be seeking more better materials, like Latex.
I used a wash cloth the other night, it was better grip than the bandage but it made them marks I mentioned.
So I may go back that route, but next time make sure the cloth is abit damp before using it.

Two nights ago I did the usual again

x1 20 minute 10lb BTC Ligament hanging
x1 20 minute 10lb Fulcrum Tunicae Hanging

It went well.
The Tunicae was VERY INTENSE. Jeez I can really feel the internal penis getting pulled like never before on any manuel exercise.

Lig' work went fine also, the soreness on the skin aint as bad.#

New stuff today was that I did a few wet jelqs before and after each session, both erect and flaccid states.
This got the blood going / circulation and I think may help with the Tunicae stretching as the tissue is already Knackered some.

Lastnight again the workout went fine.
Same as above.
This time I tryed a new method on the ligament hanging.
Instead of lying all over the bed [back] I sat on a desk with legs up over a chair.
It was good, felt the ligs' no real pain in the skin but it could have been better I think.

The Tunicae stuff was intense as usual and I really felt it.

Tonight I will be trying another new method on my ligament work again, this time I am now going to do another method to really hit the ligs.
Gunna lie across the bed face down, have the weight hanging of the end, and I'll be on all fours bent over with penis area touching the bed, so it REALLY does go into the cheek area.

I tryed it briefly last night at the end of the lig' session for 2 minutes or so and MAN ITS REALLY Hardcore on the lig' area and doesnt hurt the skin too much PLUS its quite comfortable as am lay down.
This is really BTC [Behind The Cheek] stretching, as it is toauching the arse hole, cant go much further on the ligs really.
Also when the Reverse Kegel is applyed WOW its incredible, never fealt an intense pull like it period.

I will try it tonight see how it really goes for 20 minutes before deciding a final method.
Also Ii will continue with the Wet Jeql warm-ups and downs.

I did X1 20 minute 10lb BTC hang.
I used the new method I mentioned above and it is ALOT better than any other I done for ligament stretching.
I have tobe very careful when I apply the reverse kegel as the ligs are pulled sooooooo tight.

I didn't do any work on my Tunicae I was going to but I was sooooooooo exhausted that I had to sleep

I did NOTHING at all on this day reason being I was SOOOOOO Buisy and I had more on at work
But while masturbating in private I noticed that my erection seems bigger, I don't think am seeing things either, but I'd say its 0.25 [(1/3) (1 quarter of an inch)] longer BP.
It looks abit longer for sure, also in flaccid as well.

It went good, I really felt the stretch in the Tunicae, which I say all the time but its great....the whole Tunicae is stretched and I have myself positioned so that a Torsion like stretch effect is created.

I Did 100% Nuthin
I was just SO worn out, I had to sleep. Ya know the feeling when after a hard day you must sleep?
But you wonna do the exercises but cant as ya feel like hell? well one of them.
But it wont do me any harm, an odd day off may/and has helped me in the past.

I only had 3 days of now in 2 weeks [14 days] so 11 outta 14 days I have done, which is good I think for someone whos getting back into a program and not done weights before.
But I must be consistant.

Okay heres my update for lastnight.

7th August:

Deff' one of the best workouts I have ever had.
Everything got a hammering lastnight.

I did the usual stuff :lol as always.
But I messed about again with new sitting arangements while doing them.
I can get my penis Ligs BTC stretched right behind my bum crack and when I do a s l i g h t Reverse kegel I can feel the ligs under more pressure NEVER fealt it like that before, its very intense.
The left ligament started to hurt ONLY A LITTLE.

The Tunicae work went down a rush as well.
I fealt the brunt of the weight on the inside tunicae near the testicles.

I am also going to experiment with 15lb's of weight tonight, so it keeps a better pull on the stuff am exercising.

I can already notice some stretch marks on the skin.

Ill keep yaz all informed.

Heres my update for the last two nights:

August 8th:

Nothing done [Had to rest to get rid of red spots and soreness to head]

August 9th:

Nothing done [Rested again to make sure that the red-spots and soreness to head was gone]

So I missed two nights in a row :bang not summut I like to do, but I thought its better safe than sorry as I had ALOT of red spots on my head area that night, with soreness at the tip.
The reddies and soreness has now gone so tonight I am gunna hammer it.

Thats 12/17 days I have worked out now since doing weights.
I only missed 5 days in just over 2 weeks.
This aint bad really if you think about it, as its like doing 5 on and 2 off.
I just gunna keep at it and NEVER EVER have do less than 5 workouts a week.
I still aint measured yet either, I will do tonight.

August 10th

Did the same as I always do except I used an extra 2.50lb of weight, so I was on 12.50lb in each session, from 10lb.

The sessions went fine, I got into the best positions so I really attacked the ligaments/Tunicae.
I REALLY fealt it in both, I have really Tuned my ligament work to an art now, never got so much burns and good stretch before.

Only problem was I had TWO Slips [The device came of in session] and I ended up with a MONSTER red spot, well it was purple/black :D , NO PAIN AT ALL, their was alot of small reddies around the penis as well.
All around the foreskin area, caused as this was dragged out thru' the device so the blood was forced in their and burst the capillieries.
I didn't however damage the actual penis, this was just the skin of it so it dun't really matter to much.

I did an extra 5 minutes on the ligaments as a result of this, which = 25 overall.

I had the same problem again with the Tunicae, this time no spots.
I added 10 extra mins' to that session which made ot 30 minutes.
I had the Sock or Scarf wrapped around my penis [as usual] and I know it wasnt the weight increase as I had this much minor happen before, no dought it's because I was really hammering the areas with extra Torsion while in the positions, so this made my penis slip.

I now know next time.
But all in all it went really good.

I have decided not to do any Tonight as I still have the purple spot the size of a five pence on my foreskin, and another smaller one on the foreskin side, with smaller reddies here and their.
It'll be okay no problem, this is a minor thing and is just the skin but I don't wonna get more added on top tonight making it worse.
I aint really missing out as its like 1 on 1 off, this is how ya gotta think when ya gotta rest, no question.

Tommorow, I am going to get back into action this time with 15lb's of weight used in both sessions [Lig'/Tunicae] albeit still at 20 minutes.
I will also reinforce the device so that I don't get the slipages like I have been getting.
I step up to 15lb's [5lb more] simply because I have strong ligs'/tunicae, only do X1 session aday and need the areas hammering, better than light weights at getting the stretch potential, I also have to fidgit and mess around applying extra Torsion like movements while in my device as I need more weight at times to feel a constant slightly painful tug.
I feel that one needs to feel a constant slight pain when hanging as it shows the area is getting a good allrounder.
So this is where the extra weight comes in ya see.

It was another good set-up.
This time I used 15lb's on both Tunicae and Ligament sets.
I fealt the extra 5lb's and it really helped ALOT, get the areas more worn and fatigued.
I did 5 minutes on the ligs to see how it went, all was good so I got into a nice position [Lay on desk with legs up in air over chair while weights hanging of the edge of desk] I really fealt the ligs' I had some nice burns as well; was in this for 25 minutes, so thats 30 minutes total for ligament hanging that night.

The Tunicae was also very good.
I used a new position, I lay on my side again on the desk with the weight hanging off.
I lay on my side which is more comfortable and surprisingly gives you more of a stretch, or maybe that was the weight increase???? either way I really fealt the pull on the Tunicae, especially at the top, wear the anus is [Hidden part].
I lay on both sides just to make sure that if their was a biased stretch on either side it would be equaled out this way.

I did 15 minutes of Tunicae work.
I also didnt take of the AFB [Device] at all during these sessions like I would do, I coudn't be bothred.
I however didn't get any injuries/coldness AT ALL, which is pretty damm good for 45/50 minutes non-stop hanging.

After I unwrapped, I always check over my manhood making sure its all okay and that.
I slap it about abit to get the circulation going.
I noticed that my penis looked longer than before after this session.
I don't think I was seeing things either.
My penis was hanging nicely at 6/6.5 inches BP Flaccid length and looked really impressive.
I normally hang at 5.5/5.8 inches so I was really happy with this.
It went back to normal after 30/45 minutes as the blood gets back to normal.
I also noticed something else, another positive note.
I noticed after the session that I had a 'Vein-Like' line running from the top base middle to say the mid-point of my penis [2/3 inches in length or so visible].
It was hard to touch, it wasn't dead visible, but you could make it out.
I was flaccid the whole time, and normally I can't see this at all.
It faded alot, after 30/45 minutes till it was hardly noticable.
No pain or anything like that.
I had no slipages either tonight from my device.
I think that this line is actually the Suspensory Ligament, I have seen it in a few men running down the middle of their penis, it looks mean.
I aint sure yet and will ask around, but thats what I think it is.

I checked it out today and its very fade when am flaccid, not as visible as it was lastnight.
But another thing, when I got an erection this morning I could see it again so maybe this is the s'lig'????
If so that means that I am doing well, and that the lig' is getting a very good pull.

So overall a nice night, I adapted to the extra weight fine, and had not one slipage.

Did 10 consecutive minutes than another 5.
Wasn't the best session I've had.
My left ligament really got hammered and is still sore now[ next day].
I did some jelqs afterwards, nuthing set in stone just messing about with jelqs, holds, squeezes etc etc.
My girth loooked huge afterwards let me tell you.
I seem to have gained in girth from the hanging.
I can also notice some erect length also.

I did one new thing tonight.
I had the weights attahced as normal but stood up on the desk and swung my penis left to right for about 5 minutes, this is a good Explosive ligament workout, and really wears out the ligaments and makes them loose.
I also did this back and forward.
I will incorporate it into my routine at some point.

I am going to re-think my plan.
I seem to have gotten results from the insane BTC/Fulcrum Hanging I did, length wise that is.
I dunno what yet, I measure on the 6th/7th September but I have some more in Flaccid length as it hangs lower and is more uncomfortable while wearing pants and walking around; feels bigger...ya know'.
My Erect length also seems to have increased, but I'd say from looking at it, by 0.20 or 0.25 inches, not much BUT SUMMUT for me at least as I find length hardtime to achive.

My girth has deff' increased, probably by 0.20 at least, as you saw in the pictures its bigger than before...But I still shy away from full length shots as I am still insecure about the length I have, until those in-securities are stamped away I won't be doing any none underwear shots.

Another-thing I have noticed ALOT is my orgasms...they are amazing.
I can have like 5 in a row and its insane and very intense, I have to roar like that T-Rex outta Jurassic Park as it feels so good, its just incredible.
I dont do many Kegels at al, so I think the reson its getting better is becoz of the Fulcrum hanging [Seems to stretch the PC Muscle as well, maybe make it stronger?] and also taking Testostarone/DHT-Other male growth hormones, these increase pleasure and orgasm.

I seem to be onto my best routine I feel.
I gained most ma girth from the Constrictor, rid of any Baseball bat effect with the spot training the advanced horse does, maintained and cemented girth with the wet jelq as well as gaining with it, and of course length gains with the Hanging > BTC and Fulcrum.
With all these combined I am sure to be onto summut.
I dunno what pattern I'll do it in, most probably 1 on 1 off.

BUT NO WAY AM I GUNNA SLACK NOW......I am seeing the BEST gains of my life I think, it never fealt so good, nor have I been as confident about the thing between my legs.
I am going for it, knackered or not after work I am gunna do it.

I am gunna try DLD's visual stuff as well to listening to music.

Not all went to plan.
I was in no mood to be messing around with weights this morning, but I did 1000 fully erect wet jelqs, took me around 40 minutes to do while looking at pictures of Lucy Pinder [UK Topless model] shes SO HOT, my cock was so hard...URGHHHHHHH.

So its 40[jelq]+30[stretches]+10[time between]=1H 20M than I'll go bed and later on in the day I will do 20 minutes of the constrictors than am done, so that'll be 1H 40M altogether.

I WILL do this plan, as I don't have to mess about with weights which wastes time sometimes when ya aint got it to waste.

Supposed tobe rest day but I did 22/23 minutes of My Constrictors with a few Advanced Horse Squeezes and also some CTS [Constrictorized Tunicae Stretches 'Erect Tunicae stretching'].

I have also measured today.
Some good and some bad news.
Heres the stats >>>>>

Flaccid Length = Varies SO much from 5.5/5.8 to 6.25 inches long BP, but I stay at the 6 inch mark and beyond more freq' now which would explain why its more uncomfortable in my pants now.
So its a 0.20 as I hit 6.20/6.25 now and I NEVER lasttime.

Flaccid Width = 1.6/1.5, it has decreased apparently from lastime, it was 1.7 inches.
Hmmmm, must be cos of the extra length. So nuthin here than.

Flaccid Girth = 6/6.10 inches, like the erect width it has shrunk also, both still measured in the middle of the shaft so no varient that way.
It MUST be cos I have gained in length.
I was 6.2 inches FG lastime.

Erect length = 8.4 to 8.5 < 'Maximum'. I have gained from 8.35 inches lastime.
So Its a 0.05/0.15 gain, so we'll say 0.10 inches gained.

Erect width = 2.1/2.2 I have gained 0.01 since lastime, which may not seem much but width is hard to gain, VERY hard to gain infact. I was 2/2.1 lastime.

Erect Girth = 7.50 and 1/16th of an inch.
So I have gained 0.10/0.20 from lastime, so we'll say 0.15 of a gain.
I was 7.3/7.4 lastime.

So at least I have some gains.
My flaccid length has grown along with my erect length slightly and my girth has increased ALOT.

I have made a slight re-adjustment to my plans.
I have scrapped ALL stretches and have replaced them with 200 Dry Jelqs which will be done at full erection and with slow/fast movements.
I belive these may be the key in length for some.
I am giving the 1000 wet jelqs, 20 min' constrictors and 200 dry jelqs ago for the next 3/4 weeks [month] and see how it goes.

My gains also recently are

Gained 0.20 in flaccid length
Gained 0.10 in erect length
Gained 0.01 in Erect width
Gained 0.15 in erect girth

It just needs encouraging outwards, by fulcrum stretching and than I will have more length.

I think that my past fulcrum hangs has helped get it like this.

So I dont know what fulcrum Tunicae, Tunicae work I will do extra over the days/weeks,,,,but I know I must start to target this deep area near my arse, as that will deff' give me lengh.

Thats got ALL the constriction exercises I use.....they are VERY good indeed for girth in the long run they will build it up...slowly but it happens and to better depths IMHO than with jelqing as ya going past the maximum volume i.e. 100% erection...to 110%.

Okay so now for my update.

Later on tryed alnight version of the above.
After 2 hours wroke up with a numb and cold penis, I couldnt feel it.
I washed it under the warm water, however it looked massive while flaccid...really fat and all so it wasnt a waste.....just I had wrongfully had most pressure from the pull on my nerve area.
Took about 12 hours before full sensation came back into my penis.

November 27th > 30 minutes of tribal third leg stretch - penis looked longer slighlty or so it seemed their was no measures; but it seemed longer erect and flaccid.

December 8th till present day [4 days] > None; although I have done a odd stretch here and their and messing about with another new exercise I call the Press Jelq [Dry] which is essentially the presser exercise but moved across the top chambers of the penis while erect so it works like a jelq but for width.
Seems to work alright upto now.

updates

April 29th - 30 mins ADC style clamp after I ejaculated to help maintain blood volume and test levels in the penis.

April 30th - 1 Hour and 15 mins of ADC

May 1st - 2 Hours and 15 mins of ADC outside in the garden sunbathing lol
Had LOTS of erections.
My max erection volume increased slightly also at the end of the session.
I had sore skin between my testicles and groin area afterwards from the clamp rubbing on the sensitive skin.

Later-on did, 30 mins of standard constricters with 10 mins of Constrictorized TOW stretches, few wet jelqs afterwards and also 30 mins ADC stlyle clamp.

May 2nd - 2 Hours 35 mins of ADC, had padding today near sore skin.

May 4th - 1 Hour and 50 mins ADC.

June 6th - 1:15pm to 1:30pm tried the fern leaf experiment.
Eate half a fern leaf for the effects of increased penis size or better lasting off ejaculation.
I didnt get as many side effects as the first time, I drank more water this time round.
I noticed my mouth was VERY dry and I fealt slightly drunk, only abit like from a small portion of wine.
These effects faded, and I masturbated to test if it held me back which it did until 5:30pm when I shot a load.
This load also tasted of the plant.
Next time round I shall try the root portion of the plant, as this is the part which created a increase in penis size amongst rats and mice.
The leaf testing is done.

June 11th - 10 mins of Dash wraps, 5 mins standard constricters with few bends.

June 15th - Started Hanging again useing the AFB homemade device.
Did 25 minutes hanging with 10lbs, I lay flat on the bed with the weight hanging off the edge, also legs were in the air so I was in a semi BTC position.

June 16th - 25 mins useing 15lbs, lay on bed flat as usual. My right side at the top near the base had a small blood blister and was sore, also the vein there was slightly thrombosed. Took X2 Aspirin after the session.

June 17th - 30 mins useing 15lbs, position same as usual. Again fealt sore on right side.
Started aplying E45 cream to the blister.

June 19th - 25 mins useing 15lbs, position same as usual except I didnt have the legs as high, so my internal tunicae than received alot more stretch than the ligs, this was because of the injury to the right part of my penis [skin]. During the session the right side didnt hurt at all, I managed to hold the stress off that part and more onto the left when I could. The session went very well considering I have a nasty large blood blister.


Summary

Okay, well at the moment I'm hitting hanging once more as I WANT erect length right now.
Hanging will be the main area for me for now, along with testing the fern plant when I can.
Still will include other PE exercises now and again, but for now hanging and length is my MAIN concern and ambition to reach

update:

Its been a bad time for me in PE land.
I've missed alot of sessions due to hectic work and also lack BIG lack of motivation and lazyness I must admit.
I'll right up the last months sessions [not many] soon, but I fear for my PE career.
Unless I can get my cash through so I can buy from the internet, and purchase a BIB hanger and some other goodies in PE, I cant see myself lasting much longer in this, I've really started to loose the plot and get down on myself again.
My erections have also started to go south, maybe I'm stressed out.
Anyroad, I have a new routine from DLD which attacks length ... just Fulcrum exercises, I shall be trying that very soon.
Hope I can somehow get back into PE proper again, cos I'm looseing it and if it wasnt for the net and MOS well I would have slipped into the dark now.

I'm gunna get started onto a Hardcore intense clamp routine, which will have alot of my fav' execises in like TOW stretches, erect bends, TCS/CTS stretches etc etc.
This routine will last about 30-45 mins, similer to the type of clamp work I have done before, but I will have a more *set plan* to it, instead of doing anything at anytime kind of thing, in any amount etc.
I shall get started HOPEFULLY tommorow, and will really try to hit this at least 3/4 days in a row before a rest is taken.
I REALLY need some length gains, and the clamp work helped me get some .... I'm getting down again on my size, so I MUST Nip it in the bud NOW.

havent really gotten into it proper.
Think I will try my clamps again and see how that goes, than the fulcrum routine, cos I need something old that I LOVE, and clamping might help me get back into PE proper again, than I can try your routine proper. ... cos at the moment, I onlt do bits which isnt anygood ... this is due to lack of motivation, lazyness from overworking.

Nah, the pace of my new career has left me with no time, not much motivation for PE and feeling lazy and half arsed about it all, so I thought a break will do until I purchase a Power Assist, BIB hanger and a new cable clamp cos I broke the lastone.

At times I have fealt like leaving and giving up on PE, cos I have had such low mood when it comes to PE cos of my job, I have barely enough time to read this stuff on the site....notice I dont get as involved anymore....my guide needs revamping ect ect lol its all fuckin mad.
I have a BIB hanger on the way, I want the power assist next when DLD gets that rollin I have no idea, I hope soon cos my new PE career rides on it....also I need another clamp cos the other is broke.
Also I shall look into buying a pump.
Will sit-back and make a plan that pittys them all, it will be very intense aimed at someone like me with not much time, yet they need as much they can get outta a session.
Pumping, clamping, hanging and device assisted stretching shall be what the routine is made of....I aim to combine as many elements of all these as I can into one session, sounds impossible???? well wait till red tinkers.
I'm gunna try ALOT of new things, some of them dangerous and not tried by many, infact one has been tried and caused permanent injury in someone, but I have the brains and expertise to know by now my limits.....and when my gear arrives, I shall PUSH them like never before, cos I want 9 inches erect length between my legs.....aint bothered about girth, it can come anytime....I want erect length right now.

Thanks for the kind gesture, but I shall manage with the laces for awhile.
I now have my BIB hanger, I just need to find the damn motivation and energy to start into PE again. I have some free time tommorow so I will try getting into it than with some clamping and hanging.

I also will be looking into buying a vacuum pump, power assist and also a Torsion device like the penisstretcher/jes extender.....these and the clamps/hanging will be all added into a new routine.
Until I can get a VERY CHEAP torsion device and dld gets the PA moving, and I find a good cheap pump that wont show-up on the bill than is just hanging and clamping for now.

And as far as a pump man, build your own.... it can be done very cheaply and the quality can surpass a lot of expensive pumps. Fow had a post about building your own pump over at PEForum.net that explained it really well. He used homemade pumps exclusively and got really good results. I think he said about $30 dollars.

Right guys, I have been messing about with constricters again, haven't set a routine yet, just doing bits here and their.....nuthing is set in stone yet, I still have a few devices I would like i.e the penis pump but I think they will wait a few months while I get more important things in my life sorted out, i.e family which comes first before any pe or forums.

10/7/04 > 25 mins of the usual ''V'' stretch hanging..again the sore was SORE. E45 applied at end , had slight fluid build-up again.
13/7/04 > 20 mins of the ''V'' stretch hanging...didnt go as intense, didnt have to apply any cream at the end.

7/8/04 > 25 mins standard constricters, did TCS/CTS stretches and some erect bends.
8/8/04 > 25 mins of lazy ass type stretches...afterwards when I ejaculated my flaccid penis length was well over 6 inches in length.

27/10/04 > 30 minutes of standard constricters W/bends, TCS/CTS stretches.

29/10/04 > 1 Hour of ANC [All night clamp], went alright...I got erect and it was doing its thing. I just fealt alot of irritation around the skin and also ball pains so I released it and called it a night, but I was pleased with the session.

30/10/04 > ANC, 1 hour and I had tissue this time.....yet I must have got some skin trapped and it hurt me around the 1 hour mark, so I thought fuck it and will try another ANC later-on. I have noticed a MASSIVE change today, my dick is FULLER, gettting erect more today, and hanging lower and thicker while flaccid.....amazeing what 1 hours ANC [ADC > same] can do.....with reguler use this should in itself produce gains and other benefits.

no idea, nothing set in stone....have alot of ideas I'd like to try but my work and family come first, so I will just do what I can when I can, and ADC/ANC seems to work damn well....just see how it goes, and add to it so I get back into the swing gradually as apposed to jumping into something I will find hard keeping-up with, since my long AWOL from pe sessions, I would no way get right back into a full throttle routine....small slow steps = great strides.

Update

29th October - 1H of ANC, went alright. Got erect and kept fine, just got some irritation around the base from not padding maybe.

30th October - 1H ANC, used padding [Tissue] but still had irritation, not as bad. Flaccid has looked bigger today also.
2H55M ANC, same as before but with no padding, went fine.

1st November - 2H ADC, went well useing thinner string.

7th November - 2H30M ANC, last 10 minutes did my *NEW* Constricter exercise which is Barrel Stretches, these are done by pulling the penis over the rolling pin and than forcing it down into a stretch....gripped around the glans with foreskin down, and the otherhand pushes the penis against the 'pin makeing it more engorged.
This stretches the constricted chambers, and I think will help attack the strong Tunicae covering much better. Also can stretch underneath the 'pin and also bend it right and left, like with the normal bends. Mt penis looked FUCKIN ENOURMOUS after the session, and was infact in the 7.6'' region in girth at the base, this is like nearly 1/2 inch jump in my erect girth size...so it must have been good. Afterwards I did 15 minutes warmdown, 3 HOT and 1 COLD.

15th November [Yesterday] - 1H10M ANC. Hours later I did 20 minutes of Constricted Barrell stretches [my new baby]. Did these pushing down mainly, but also underneath and the sides....well they are in essence TCS/CTS stretches done via a r'-pin and Erect bends done via a r'-Pin. Size looked great afterwards, kept getting solid erections after and during my session.....I was SO STIMMED I nearly shot a huge load at the monitor. The sensation in my glands was AMAZEING and I had a few orgasms without ejaculating, they fealt INCREDIBLE....the porn I used also helped a great deal...the babe was 110% purfect, if only I had 2 mins with that puss puss lol

Yeah, I'm kinda in a hole ATM with pe....kinda retired if you will.
I do have a size that most men seem to want, judgeing from the size polls done on MOS recently 8X6 is the most wanted size. I do at times feel smaller than I am, but thats the mental battle with myself and PE anyway. I'll take it each day at a time and see what happens. I either dont have time or cant get motivated to do pe anymore. Just have to do it when and where I can from now on. Consider me retired from pe at the present time.

RED, I was watching a motivational speaker on PBS (forgot his name) a few nights ago. Although I did not watch the whole show, here's what I took away:

**Attitude is important for any kind of success. Everyday, in every situation, we can choose which attitude we use to approach challenges.

UPDATE

18/11/04 - 25 minutes of constricted barrell stretches. Did very few erect bends, TCS/CTS stretches. Than 10 minutes of standard constricters alongwith edgeing and a warm-down for 15 minutes which was X3 hot wraps. Good session, size was good afterwards especially the length.

29/1/05: Did 10 minutes of standard constricters, than 15 minutes constricted pumping. It went alright, my base actually filled the 2.5'' tube. I stayed erect as possible in the tube. I found a problem early on, that the constriction I used....thin string, like I always use was getting in theway and pushing into my testicles and hurting as I went into higher pressures. I will have to re-think the method in regards to that nextime. Overall the session went well, I still have alot to learn and its early days, but I have high hopes for this kinda work. 4/2/05 - 30 minutes of pumping at what fealt like medium pressure.
Was nice and thick afterwords. I than did 40 minutes constrictor's which consisted mainly of 'S' and TCS/CTS stretches but also did some 'U' bends, Erect bends, barrel stretches and AHS. 3/3/05 - 25 minutes of pumping at medium to high pressure.
I released some pressure during the session because I fealt my balls hurt.

Huge update - one week of consistant extension sessions!

I received my extender on 10/3/05, last thursday from Jakb [member here] second hand for $15. I shall be sending him the cheque soon. Its second hand, hardly used and its great. The MaxExtender is the device. On the firstday I used it. I shall be reviewing the product at a later date in the product section so I won't go into anymore details about it in here. So here's my logs of the weeks sessions useing it.

10th March - 1 hour and 10 minutes in the extender. Set on the high grip [where cord goes, either high or low...for different lengths and grips I think] by default. I pulled my flaccid penis through and went to 3 1/2 clicks for the whole session. My penis fealt alright, abit sore in the head region and slightly numb with some coldness, but nothing to worry about. I was happy.

11th March - 2 hours and 15 minutes. Did this at nightime and fell asleep.

Used 4 1/2 clicks, I was useing 3 1/2 clicks on that same high grip...so I have gone tighter since I last used that grip position. When I use the lower grip I opt for 5 1/2 clicks. All these are the HOLES in the device, you push a pin through and it locks the device in a stationary stretch.

Summary

I think its going great, my flaccid length seems to be getting better, my erections are more freq in the morning and I get solid wood after each session now. My penis head sometimes looks fuller and my balls seem to hang lower. I'm hoping now that this PE method will get me the erect length I desire. I have put my name down for a Power Assist and DLD is sending it. Once I get that, I shall begin the session I intend to hammer tooth and nail. That will like I have said in other posts, be my most intense yet. Pumping+constriction, power assist stretches and torsion will be the core of the routine. I also have the door open for my BIB hanger to be used in the routine at a later stage. Once I get the PA the ole red will be back. New ideas tested and hopefully new growth. Also I have now achived 22 hours and 48 minutes total extension time...thats in 8 days. I'm pleased.

19th March - X2 one hour sessions. Pain aint as bad, wasn't useing as much tension.
Flaccid size seemd fuller, larger and longer afterwards and the glans [head] is looking larger after sessions also now.

20th March - X2 one hour sessions. Same tension used, top grip at 3 1/2 clicks. My penis feels longer when I work, it kinda hangs better...feel it rubbing more in my pants.

21st March - X2 one hour sessions, same as above two days.

22nd March - X1 two hour session....went to higher tension as the session went on, 4 1/2. My penis head looks bigger after a session, the penis looks longer and thicker. It now feels thicker when erect and flaccid way after a session, and before. Some growh must be starting, in the early stages. My girth has gone thicker from this. EARLY days to suggest proper length gains, but flaccid it seems a slight change...erect is unkown ATM. I think that will take longer.

23rd March - X2 One hour sessions. Usual setup, I went higher in tension as session wore on. My penis seems larger in flaccid statem usual feedback really. The head is deffo getting larger in the flaccid state. I will have to address the issues with the soreness when doing my sessions, than I can go longer. Shall be trying out some theraband under the glans and cotten wool in the base region.

Well soon I will have a deal setup here on mos forums via another members here whom makes extenders at home for a cheap price. There similer to the JES extender setup. I have one and it works good. More info to come on that when the deal is set. It wont be long now. Quick stat note

Over a year ago now I was 8.25X7.50 with a width of 2.2 inches.
Having been inconsistant and resting here and there from very buisy lifestyle I have lost some stat, it isnt a shock. I also aint rocked by it, I've known for a few months...I measured in secret [you guys didnt know lol ].
I aint measured since and wont for a LONGTIME yet.
For now, my current stats going from the December measurements are just over 8 inches in erect length, so I lost about 1/4 inch.
My girth is 7.1 as most will know, I havent kept quiet about that.
Lost 0.30 inches. My width is also 2.1 so thats 0.10 lost there,
I aint sad, and the whole point of bringing this up now is so the REST of you know my stats as now. 8X7.1 with a width of 2.1.
However, I feel my girth has some slight temp gain comming through, same can be said for the erect but thats TINY. The last measurement was also done in early december 2004, so I might have gained a tiny portion here and there.
I aint upset or swayed by the loss, it was a TEMP gain and didnt exist proper.
It must be cemented and I slacked off at the WRONG TIME and it went down the gutter. Mt current aim is erect length, and with the current plans I have it wont be a dream anymore. Girth is fine, I'm happy with that and just want to focus on length for now...than girth in some minor stage. Width is also fine. My head size never changed...its remained larger throughout. My flaccid shrunk alittle, but quickly got to its size of 5.8/6 inches length, dependant on temperature.

24th March - X2 one hour sessions. Fealt sore today. Used 3 1/2 clicks on the first hour and 4 1/2 on the second. Wasnt sore on the second session, it was done in bed with legs up and that seems to be more comfortable and I can go to higher tension as opposed to sitting about the house, where I can do just 3 1/2 cliicks. Also my erect length seems perhaps a tiny bit larger....maybe its placebo? we shall see. I'm confident.

25th March - X2 one hour sessions. First was 3 1/2 clicks and sat about the house. Second was 4 1/2 clicks and in bed with legs up [knees].Erections ALOT more freq now and feels slightly thicker when erect. My flaccid size looks larger, both flaccid and length.

Here's a further update.

26th March - X1 Two hour session at 4 1/2 clicks, went to 3 1/2 clicks for last 5 minutes. I used some sock that I had cut into strips for this session instead of the theraband which was a waste of time. I had the piece of sock below the glans, with the skin folded back. I seccured the material with a small safety pin. Once stretching, it fealt superb at first for the first hour but after about 1 hour and 30 minutes it started to get sore around the glans. The material was digging into the glans. For the last few minutes of the session I rotated the extender left,right,up and down. This is something new I'm going to start doing, I think it might help. When I took the device of and removed the material it hurt like hell I thought I was going to go into shock it was that bad. The head was VERY sore indeed with the foreskin RED roar. After about 10 minutes it started to settle down, I did lots of helishakes and slaps to get the circulation going again, as usual. Nextime I wont pull the skin back. Good session overall.

27th March - X2 One hour sessions. Both were at 4 1/2 clicks tension. x1 sat about the house, the other sat in bed. Both fealt fucking great. A slight bit of discomfort in the head region near the end of the sessions. I used the same method as the day before, the piece of material I cut from a ole sock. I also used a small piece of material of the same size in the base region to try to stop the nasty rubbing I get after awhile in the device. It affects the testicles and scrotum. With the material in that region, padding the portion of the extender which digs into that region, it fealt fine....no problems at all. For the last few minutes I did rotations going left,right,up and down.
My penis head was slightly numb after the session, but nothing to be worried about.
My erections are still very good, I get morning wood every morning now and I feel more horny. I will now stay at 4 1/2 clicks torsion. Its going really well.
Its also been nearly three weeks I've been useing the extender on Thursday.

28th March - X2 One hour sessions at 4 1/2 clicks. Both sessions done sat about the house. Wrapped and padded base. 1st sessions went superb, no discomfort. Did usual helishakes afterwards and slaps etc. 2nd session, I fealt discomfort at around 40 minutes in the head and base region's. So I went down to 3 1/2 clicks, slacked off the noose alittle and went back to 4 1/2 and that was okay than. Dont think I padded enough or as well in this session? or was I too tight in the noose? Did some up,down,left and right rotations in the extender at the end of the 2nd session. Overall it went well.

29th March - X2 one hour sessions. Both were 4 1/2 clicks and sat about. Padded base and still had a sore in my base region. Head nearly slipped also [trhough noose] on both occasions. Shall wrap further down the shaft in future. Sessions went well, but I'm sore. Fealt numb in the head region afterwards, Flaccid hang now is better in both length and girth. Erections are more frequent. Get alot more wood in a morning still.

30th March - X2 one hour sessions. 4 1/2 clicks. Both sat about. Usual setup. 1st sessions I got a slippage. Sessions went well overall. I will perhaps cut another piece of material to prevent the slippage. Flaccid size is larger, erect size slightly...erect length slightly longer. Only slight at this stage. Tonight I did X1 1 hour session and than 20 mins than slippage so I went 35 minutes afterwards. Tried the MOS homemade extender which is still in testing and development here behind the scenes. Watch for more details on that. Anyways I tested that for 10 mins and it fealt superb, didnt know I had a extender on. Overall I did 1h55m but its 2h05m with the test of the other extender. I also tested the PA, messing about..nuthing concrete.

31st March - X2 One hour sessions. Padded further down the shaft, it was alot better to. No slippage at all. 4 1/2 clicks as usual now, I dont use 3 1/2 anymore. Sat about in the first session and the 2nd I was moving about the bedroom. I still get reguler erections, morning wood and alot when I awake from a rest. After the 2nd session I got a huge erection, my cock went rock hard and I played with myself. I noticed that my erection length looked more longer, I noticed something...something new. Really pleased with this. I still get numb in the head during sessions.

Tools of the trade - Power assist, Max Extender, shoe lace, pump.

Routine is as follows [drafted]

Extender session for one hour [done whenever]
Constricted pumping: X3 20 minute sets at medium to high pressure.
2 Minute breaks between sets.
Will release string after 3rd set, kegel and get fully hard than re-apply.
Power assist routine.....................

Body Rock Stretch
Side Fulcrum
Down and Out
Tunica Fulcrum Stretch
Expressive stretching
Extender session for one hour.

The first extender session is done at anytime and isnt linked to the other sessions.
The constricted pumping, PA and second extender session MUST be done side by side after one another.

I have the door open for future additions, they would be hanging and also to purchase a cock ring for 24/7 light constriction.
See below for my routine in its proper form.

Extender session lasting one hour [done whenever - but way before other methods]

Constricted pumping [Will be in the pump constricted at full erection]
X3 20 minute sets with rests lasting no loner than 2 minutes.
At the end I will get fluffed-up and than re-apply constriction.
Semi erection is wanted, or lower when I enter the PA.

Power Assist routine.
Power Assist “A” Stretch

I see great potential if the PA is done right after a pump session as the penis is more open to stretching after a pump session, for me anyways.

Usual one hour Setup I do now.


Overall its a intense routine.
It will take me about 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete with 2 hours and 30 minutes being done all at once.
However it isnt as taxing as it sounds, cos 2 hours are in the extender...with only 1 hour and 30 minutes being done outside that.[/B]

The whole idea behind this routine is each method is feeding from the others damage.The PA will feed from the worked constricted pumped penis,as the penis will be expanded inside and I get very exellent stretching after a pump sessions, infact I can stretch further. The extender than feeding from what the PA has just done. I have high hopes for this routine, and haven't been as enthusiastic about pe'ing since I started. I'm so excited about this. I really now belive I can get that length.

The routine is going to be done on a 7 on zero off basis.
As I do this with extenders anyways, I thought why not.
The only issues I see, is I will have to juggle when I do these....they wont follow a set pattern i.e done at a set time like 9pm etc.
I see a MAJOR issue if I'm doing a late shift than going straight onto a morning shift....I will just have to do it, I dont sleep well anyway so I cant see it killing me.
That is my only concern, the late early shifts fucking it up.

Anyways, guys tell me what you think and any advice, questions or comments you have.

I just finished the routine and I'm halfway through the final extender portion.
My log will be up in a few days of the session.
It went well, but I will be tweaking it alittle here and there.
The E'stretch feels fuckin great.
I have figured a new way to do this in the PA.


Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
You can push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
Its VERY intense.

Finally, yes I dropped hanging completly.
I didnt have the time, and the skin pain was just stupid.
In the future I will give it another go, it has great potential but for now I'm happy.

I think i'll be doing the new hardcore routine, on a one on one off basis.

I just cant be up all night and doing that when I've come home from a late shift, to get up early again to go into work.....I will be worn out and it wont do me anygood.
So I will post more later on as to what the changes are and also the log of the first routine, which was lastnight...tonight I did the usual extenders.

Sounds good. I just made the move up in weight for hanging from 13 to 15 lbs. I couldn't get anything more than that at this time so I'm going to try this weight out tonight to see what it does to me. See how long it takes for fatigue to set in.

Update

April 1st - Started the new routine.
First I did the usual X1 one hour in the extender, that went fine and I fealt and saw the usual.
Later on I did X6 sets on each PA exercise, instead of the X7.
I will be cutting that down to X5 reps, until I get used to the intensity and get more dedicated.
Didn't like the 'Body rock stretch' at all and I will be dropping that from the routine.
Did X2 sets of 20 minute pump sessions at medium to high pressure.
Was going to do X3 sets, but I will work up to that.
Fealt good and I got a nice thick pump.
My balls were killing when I pumped, the tube was digging into my balls and it really hurt.
I get a similer problem with the extender....it puts you off doing sessions, the pain is very uncomfortable.
The 2nd extender session, I was in agony in the final half hour in the base region and also some soreness in the glans.
So I did 3 1/2 clicks for the last half hour.
The padding was doing nothing at all in the base region, so it must have been fatigue maybe?
I barely made it through the session
The penis head was itchy afterwards, like hyper sensitive sensation.
Overall the session went well, but it took time.

I have now trimmed it, the routine will look like this.

Extender - One hour done hours before the main session.
Constricted pumping - X2 20 minute sessions with 2/5 minutes break berween sets.
Power Assist Routine - 5 exercises, done X5 reps lasting each 60 seconds.
Extender - Final hour done after the PA routine.

What I have changed? Dropped one rep from the constricted pumping session, because I need to condition better for that and its too much at this stage.
Dropped one exercise from the PA routine, it wasnt working for me.
Also dropped the reps for each exercise from 7 down to 5...same reasons as for constricted pumping.
Finally, I ditched the idea of doing constricted PA exercises.
The skin was too delicate after the previous session and would just hurt alot.

What I need is a method to prevent my balls from being so sore during pumping, and also purchase a cock ring for the session.

April 2nd - The usual X2 one hour extender sessions.
Didnt do the NEW 'Multi routine' because I had a early shift, and I was comming from a late shift.

April 3rd - I did my 1st session for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Would have gone for 2 hours but the discomfort in the head made me stop.
2nd session I did 45 minutes.
Overall they went well and I'm still doing good.
Also didnt do the NEW 'multi routine' again because the skin was abit tender so I rested that portion.
Hopefully I can do that tommorow.

* Total time in extender = 55 hours and 03 minutes!

Idea - I'm thinking of tonight doing the final extender session right after the constricted pumping.
That might work better than doing the PA execises right after it.
The penis, well myn seems to get a better stretch right after pumping...so if I go into the extender
right after the pumping, it might work better than going into the PA right after and than going into the
extender, because the pump effect would have been worked on by the PA, which isnt targetting the tunicae
in my case, as much as the extenders are doing.
Please guys, comment on my routine...I havent had much feedback yet.

I don't know, but I think Pump, PA, then extender sounds better to me. Reason being, even though you may not be doing tunica focused exercises in the PA, it is still getting working indirectly. Then with the extender being last, it would help keep the ligs extended too.

Yeah I see your point, but a common error people think is that extenders work ligaments alone, they dont.
Extenders work the external tunicae, the portion of the penis which is outside the body, the ligaments dont get much working out and the tension needed to give the ligaments a good stretch would probably tear the glans away from the body.
Thanks for posting, I wasnt being argumentative so dont take it that way, nor my shooting you down, just stateing a fact that is overlooked with extenders, they hardly stretch the ligs.
LONG sessions in the extender will eventually stretch the ligs, like with long pump sessions, they start to work the ligs.
Most people wont go sooo long, no real use...so it works the external portion most of the time.
If you angle the extender to certain positions than you can work the ligaments better, but like I said previous in the post...the force isnt much use to really stretch the ligs...they are VERY strong and need force, from devices such as the Power Assist.

I think I will try the con' pumping than extender and PA.

Best session I've had EVER

April 4th - Alright well to start this superb day and night of PE, I did 55 mins in the extender.
About one hour later I did 1 hour again in the extender.
Usual setup, used cloth this time around base with hole in it so penis could fir through and it worked well.
Okay, now the BIG ONE.
X2 20 minute constricted pumping sets.
I used a different piece of string, still shoe lace but more softer.
Had some porn printed off so I could keep erect throughout.
The pumping went SUPERB, and has to be my BEST pumping session yet.
The 2nd set made it, the suction and expansion was crazy.
The 1st set, I had trouble getting a really good suction beacuse of the lace knot, so at the break [5 mins] I moved the knot so it was under the penis and the suction could connect better.
On the whole the session couldnt have gone any better, my penis looked and fealt GIGANTIC.
The pain in my balls, wasnt as bad when I last pumped.
I did a quick measurement of girth, and my girth was in the late 7 inches...when I squeezed it was VERY close to getting into the 8 inch girth range.
Havent been this thick EVER.
Some discolouration in the balls after the session but nuthing bad.
I than wanked for 5 mins and went for a piss before getting into the extender.
I padded the base with the cloth, and wrapped below head...the sretch fealt really good.
Did one hour and never fealt ANY Discomfort...I would say it was my best extender session ever.
Afterwards my flaccid size was larger, both girth and length but especially length.
Looked more longer and larger comming out of the extender than it would normally if I hadn't done constricted pumping.
I than got ready to enter the final lap, into the Power Assist [PA].
The session in that lasted 35 minutes and consisted of 5 exercises.
I did X5 reps of each execise apart from the side fulcrum, I did X3 on each side, so it was X6.
Session went well, fealt stetches really well especially the expressive stretching which targets the internal penis.
I did that non-stop for 5 minutes [X5 reps].
Most of the PA exercises I did X2 reps at once, or heald it for 120 seconds [2 minutes].
Some of the pump fluid was around my head in lumps after the PA session, but this faded after some helishakes and slaps.
This routine tonight is MY BEST PE routine ever.
Everything went so well, and the results were superb.
The pumping started slow with the 1st set, but the 2nd set was than the start to a brilliant evening.
My extender session was better than usual, and the PA session like-wise.
I got a BETTER sretch doing the routine this way and will carry on doing it like this on a ONE ON ONE OFF basis, because its that intense I feel ATM I need one days rest between another session.

I havent had the time to really kick in yet, nor will I IMHO until I get my Psychology A Level exams out of the way in late May.
ATM I have to be choosy, when I do the multi session because of times...I have to get up for work etc etc.
I can do the session no probz tommorow, because I'm off the nextday.

My revision is going alright, still alot to do but I'll manage.
PE is kinda takeing a backseat, I have the routine I wonna hammer [Extender+pump+extender+PA] but that will wait until I get these exams outta the way, than I will hammer into that.
Will do that routine when I can from now on but not consistant like I would like.
Still doing the daily extenders, will soon be thinking of moving up to 3 hours per day.
I have noticed I can get my penis into the MOS Chance extender, I couldnt say 2 weeks ago or was it 2 1/2 weeks? but now when I stretch it I can get her in more comfortable, so somesorta gain has started.
No measures yet, too early..wil update tommorow with the logs.

April 7th - Just 30 minutes in the extender today because my penis was very itchy.

April 8th - X2 One hour extender session, usual 4 1/2 clicks. No paddig used, applied cord further down shaft.

April 9th - X2 One hour extender sessions, usual progress. Ridge around the glans is very defined after a session where the noose/cord is around that region, when the foreskin is pulled back method.

April 10th - X2 One hour sessions. Lengh looked good afterwards.

April 11th - X2 one hours, usual setup.

April 12th - 20 minutes in MOS Chance extender and 5 minutes doing the DLD Expressive stretching with power assist.

April 13th - X1 One hour and 10 minute session than X2 10 minute sessions which amounted to 20 minutes. This was because of sever slippage and basic loss of patience...total time was 1 hour and 30 minutes, hey it was the 13th.

April 14th - x2 One hour sessions as usual. Same settings blah blah except I didnt pull the foreskin back, just went in normal [hooded]. Also no padding, couldnt be arsed.
1st session, I went in with a slight erection. During the session while looking at porn I fealt the erection increase further and further. Anyway I looked at my penis and noticed it was as thick as the actual max extender tube. It filled the tube below the glans nearly. Very similer to a pump effect. Never has this effect before, or this expansion outside of a pump or clamp 'constriction'.

April 15th - X1 one hour session and X1 52 minute session, had to exit that early because of slippage. 1st session I got erect again, like in the 14th of April.
I again nearly filled the tube. The base of the penis filled the tube and thats like 8 inches girth if not alittle more. Medium portion of the penis going upto the head wasnt as thick. Kinda like a baseball bat effect, thicker portion at base. I can see potential in Constricted extender sessions now from this. My penis looked slightly longer than usual to, at the end. Very interesting.

April 16th - Rest

Summary

Still cant really find the time ATM to batter my new routine fully, the ideas in there will make gains happen for sure. After my exams I should have more time. ATM I must get things most important done first and exams are that. For now, extender work is good enough on its own. I've found that erect extender work has potential not only for massive girth, but also length. The results I saw were very promising and if ones penis could be stretched in that state for a set period than the end result is a longer thicker penis, via a quicker route from the usual flaccid stretching. The new method I will test is Constricted Extenders.

Maybe this is because your penis is forced to fill up where the penis is feeling the pressure even more than usual and in turn causes a constrictor like effect...that's probably it. Nice discovery.

Yeah, but the only other guy that can currently benefit from that discovery is "Shane."

None of the rest of use can fill up the tube on our best day (yet). Perhaps a different device combining extension and constriction could be devised. This might be obtained if an extender could incorporate interchangeable or upgradeable extension tubes of increasing diameter.
