View Full Version : Going to mix it up a bit - what do you think?

I recently read a post where DLD said that he did his Phase I for a good 6 months - though increased the intensity quite a bit. I'm thinking that I am going to try the same. I've currently been doing Phase II for about 3 months now and have made gains. I also made gains during my 6 weeks of Phase I, so why not see if there are more to come?

My routine will be similar to what DLD did:

Upward stretches:
Up 3 x 30 secs
Rt 3 x 30 secs
Lt 3 x 30 secs

Outward stretches:
Up 3 x 30 secs
Rt 3 x 30 secs
Lt 3 x 30 secs

Downward stretches:
Up 3 x 30 secs
Rt 3 x 30 secs
Lt 3 x 30 secs

BTC stretches:
Rt 3 x 30 secs
Lt 3 x 30 secs

500-700 wet jelqs
tunica twist/stretch 2 x 50 secs (twisted both ways)

What do you think? Ok to take a step backwards to make two steps forward?

I think it is a good idea to mix it up. That changes the types of stresses you put on your penis. The human body is really good at adjusting to enviromental stresses, and that includes the stresses placed on it by PE exercises. I think one thing that has helped me is that I don't have a set routine. I am persistent and intense when I work out, but am always changing things up. I don't give my penis time to adjust to, say, wet jelqs, because the next night I'll do one-handed dry jelqs mixed in with the horse squeezes, then the next night I'll do some massively intense stretches and cranks. I always hit the ligs hard and do some type of jelqing, but never the same things night after night.

The ironic thing is this the exact routine I did this morning. I really love the basic stretching routine (enhanced) it gives me a total workout.
