as of now my routine is
stretching for about 5 minutes, then i heat up a towel wrap it around my penis and then i go shave and brush my teeth after I'm done i remove the towel i stretch for about 5 more minutes then i lubricate using vaseline while I'm putting it on i make my self semi erect and then i start jelqing i jelq about 130 times or until my hands start hurting. after im done i take a hot shower and do kegels while I'm in the shower, and when I'm done showering i stretch for 5 more minutes and I'm done.
my questions. what am i doing wrong? what can i do to help increase length and width? what is the right way to jelq. what can i add to my routine that I'm missing?
right now I'm about 5.75 depending on the the season. my goal is 8 x 6
