Well, the other day I was doing my routine and decided to do a couple more erect bends than usual. Needless to say, during one of them, a wiggly vein popped up prominently. Apparently I managed to get a thrombosed vein.
Ever since the vein showed itself initially, I have done a few PE sessions without any problems. However, I think it's probably in the vein's best interest if I take at least a week break from PE to help it fix itself.
I heard that doing hot wraps and using taking aspirin will help get rid of the thrombosis. Does anyone have any advice other than this?
Oh yeah, for the record, the vein doesn't hurt at all, but it is in an enlarged state regardless of whether I am flaccid or erect (although it gets even bigger when erect). The enlarged part of the vein is probably about 1.5 inches long in total, with a varying thickness. Within the first 1.25" or so it is about 1/8" in diameter. After this, it reaches a point that I call "the clump." Basically there seems to be a clump where the vein increases size, probably to about 3/16" in diameter for about 1/4" in length. After the clump, the vein returns to the size that it should be.
So yes, I'm fairly sure it's thrombosed, and decided that PE will always be there, so I should take care of this problem first.
Thanks for any suggestions on means of getting the vein back to normal.
