Ok.. I was thinking that i would gain more if I laid horizontally facing the floor hanging that way, it seems more natural and the gain would be more even, rather than standing and hanging with the top portion of my penis getting the hardest stretch.

I set up some chairs in combination with my bed where I can lay on my stomach and have my feet in the chairs and my penis hangs in that position.


what do yall think?

It depends on what kind of stretch you are after. When you perform the stretch you said you will give the tunica a good stretch and if you sit on a chair you will hit your ligs.

I would like to stretch the tunica alot more than the ligs in my work out. Looks more nature to me.

I think i under stand how to gain the girth now and what i"m actually am trying to accomplish when I do jelq. At first i was just doing them because yall said it would help me gain girth but now I understand how it does it so I can really work it out now

Big Man I tried the exact type of hanging you mentioned a couple of months back. It was a much different "pull" indeed. I got bored with it pretty quick as i was pretty much limited to doing only one thing at a time.

I found that I could get the same kind of stretch by hanging a rope over a stick with the weight attached. This wasy i can use the computer and hang at the same time. Hanging with feet resting on bed while sitting in my chair with a rope over a stick as right now.

However, of the laying down is working for you... then by all means run with it bro.
