Hey guys, I have done PE on and off for a while, but just started doing it with a routine etc in the past week. I just picked up a cable clamp thingie / ACE bandage wrap, and I was wondering what is a good routine to use the clamping with. I do manual stretching, 3 sets of 30 secs in each direction, then I do like 350 jelqs with a few power jelqs thrown in. I cool down with kegels which I try to do as much as possible throughout the day. How can I throw in the clamping in my routine? And what exactly is a good excercise to do while clamped? Thanks yall.

Why don't you get to the 600 jelq stage before u start clamping ? I dont know about you, but 350 jelqs doesnt give me nearly the big pump I want until i reach at least 600.

A good exercise to do while clamped is the Horse squeezes, the standard constricter and also the TOW stretch ''clamped''.
These attack the whole penis criteria, from head to width and length etc.
Also download the guide which is F R E E, can be located in my signiture, Ancient Chinas signiture or wants9 signitire, plus the Executioners signiture.
The guide has EVERYTHING on clamping, and all the exercises.
Just take note, go easy.

Thanks guys, and RedZulu I snagged up the guide from ya, great stuff! I'm planning on doing clamping at nights, roughly 5-6 hours after my regular PE routine which I do after work.

Not a dumb question at all. Clamping is a fairly advanced exercise mainly targeted at girth. You put a cable clamp around your penis to trap the blood in, and you squeeze to force the penis to expand. Don't try it until you're fairly experienced with PE though because you could easily hurt yourself.

If you want to know more about it download RED's clamping guide. It's really informative and well worth reading through a few times.
