does anyones elses skin underneath their glans swell up almost looking like the turkey neck? should i be worried?

no the one that like circles around the glans.

Yeah, this is normal when your new to constriction work.
I have had the fluid buildup especially around the head in the past.
With time it will gradually derease and be less apparent.
