New guys and vets alike....over the years I've seen guys, myself included, get carried away with their routines. They think doing more, faster is better. That is not usually the case and too many a time I have seen with myself and others that getting carried away with your exercises and, rushing into PE....doing too much too soon will only lead to injury. I've never seen ANYONE over the last 4 or 5 years that I've been involved in the community with varying levels of commitment to PE.....EVER gain over night like some guys ...especially new guys think you can with this stuff. Having a microwave....instant gratification mentallity will do you no good here. It takes time, and mostly determination to stay focused on your ultimate end result...your goal.

Good advice. The idea of hurting my dick frightens me and I've determined to approach things very slowly, easing into a regular routine and increasing pressure on stretching and jelqs gradually. I know a lot of the injuries I have read about here are of a temporary nature, but any pain has to be nerve-racking.

 What was it like to burst a vein? Was it serious and how did you heal it?

Guess I commented on this in the other thread too. I remember reading about a burst blood vessel, but I didn't realize it was you. Did you get a significant amount of blood loss or discoloration? It was seem to me it would be difficult to stop such a thing, if the rupture in the vein was significant.
