The routine I have had for about a month now is as follows

5 min warm up
60 sec massage
Docs lig pull with 50 kegels
pull to the right with 50 kegels
pull down with 50 kegels
pull to the left with 50 kegels
Docs lig pull with 50 kegels
pull to the right with 50 kegels
pull down with 50 kegels
pull to the left with 50 kegels
Bundled A-stretch to the left with 50 kegels
Bundled A-stretch to the rightwith 50 kegels
Shake out
60 sec massage
cool down

I am going to measure in the next few days to see if it is working. All feedback welcome.

I gained no length and lost a quarter inch girth. I am going to sit down later and try to think of why this routine didn't work, and how I somehow lost more girth. Any feedback and/or routine advisement is appreciated.

I'm not trying to put you down but could you have measured your girth when you had slight swelling.

No, I always measure two days after my last workout to make sure of that.

How about putting more focus on intense...20 second+ A stretches? It's only been ONE month with this routine, that's not really a fair amount of time for a good assessment on this routine.

Well I do one kegel per second, so that is 50 seconds per a stretch. Ill stick with this until phase four comes out.

Five minute warm up
Two sets of 30 seconds in cardinal directions
100 bundled blasters
Five 30 second isolated compression squeeze
One 30 second cock/testicle reverse
Cool down
