where is the best place to get one? What are some good exercises to start out with? I'm getting to the point where my hands tire out before my dick when doing girth exercises so I think it might be time to invest in one.

Just did my first session with the clamp on and I gotta say this thing is amazing. I think the best part is now I no longer have to make my hands sore from gripping the hell out of the base during girth work. With two free hands theres got to be endless possibilities. One quick question though, besides jelqing whats a good exercise to start with while clamping? Thanks guys
