Due to the consistent nature of hydraulic pressure created by the Bathmate range of pumps, the users penis will increase in girth a lot quicker than it will in length. This is because the surface area is greater around the girth of the penis than the length. This will result in the penis touching the sides of the pump, meaning the hydraulic pressure will not be able to expand the girth of the penis further.
When this occurs, the user would naturally progress to using an X40, however many X40 users have commented that the additional room for length expansion is not required as they haven't out grown the length of the X30 or Hercules.

The Science: In order to obtain maximum hydraulic pressure, it is important that the correct size pump is used. We always advise our customers to purchase a smaller pump (provided your penis fits comfortably in it) as this will result in the optimum hydraulic pressure around the penis. Using a pump that is too big will result in lower pressure around the penis meaning slower or no growth.

Between the X40 and X30, wider opening and a much wider tube. This really brings a great feature to those who max girth before length.

I have outgrown the x30 on girth but not length. I have the x40 now but I am having to be really careful to keep from sucking in the balls. I like the extra room for girth growth with the x40

that has been the route most take. I am hoping that this could be a one time buy for certain men who's length goals do not exceed the X30 but their girth does. The less negative space the more intense the vacuum will be. This is a niche pump and it will be great for those that fall into my description.

No, only available without but the wine vac is so much better anyway.

Great. I was aware of this problem for a long time and told the maker of Bathmate about this too. Now we also need a Wide Body X40 and X50. If you have a Goliath for example because you need the base girth then the additional length is filled with water and the pump tends to become heavier and wants to slip off. The thing with sucking in the balls is one of the biggest problems in my opinion. It should be possible to make a Bathmate than also has enough space for balls. I started pumping with balls using a 3x10" cylinder. My new pump is no 4x12". In turn there is enough space for the balls. Whenever the balls are in the tube, there is no stress on the flange. So instead of pumping 5-15 minutes before taking a break to get back circulation you can go easily for one hour. But this ordinary pump work best when pointing upwards. Only the Bathmate is good when standing or walking.
