Neckercube's PE Journal

This being a journal, not all entries will be particularly noteworthy, but it will allow anyone to keep track of my progress.
I will also be commenting on things I've been reading on the forums.
Currently I'm focusing on gaining length and building low hanging balls. I'm also considering ball pumping.

  1. Day 44 - Trying new exercises

    I tried out DLD Blasters today. They are exhausting to do, but seem to provide a good stretch. When I was reading about it earlier, I learned how the reverse kegel plays a role in allowing you to stretch further. Since the pelvic floor has instinctively pulls back when the penis is stretched, if you reverse kegel, these muscles cannot get in the way of the stretch. Does this mean I could reverse kegel during my manual stretches to help? When I was doing them during the blasters, I noticed I

  2. Day 43 - Length

    I have been thinking of focusing more on length and less on girth. I may still do jelqs but I might start to lay off any other kinds of girth exercises. Iím not exactly in a hurry to get the size I want. After reading from several threads since I started, I realized how difficult it is to gain length once you get girth. In addition, it seems I shouldnít worry about overstretching while flaccid, though it should be noted some manual exercises should have resting periods, which I do! I wait and

  3. Day 42

    Did one set of stretches and an hour of wrapping today. I kept getting uncomfortable while wrapping so I had to stop.
    It seems like my flaccid stretched length is shorter than before, maybe I'm just imagining it?

    Despite the crazy girth workout I did last night, which gave me numerous red spots, I still had morning wood and a few spontaneous erections during the day that lasted quite a while. Strangely, I could not keep this tumescence while jelqing today, so about half of

  4. Day 41 - Shots?

    I am doing less manual stretching now and going to focus on more SRT. Silly of me, when I read about stupidickís routine, I took ď1 set of stretchesĒ as three sets that I usually do all at once! I was doing too much recently. Iím not sure how much manual stretching is too much though. I have heard people talk about ligaments toughening up, but Iím not too knowledgeable of how this occurs or if I should even worry about it.

    Girth workout was more or less same as yesterday. SSJs

  5. Day 40

    Did two sets of stretches today and four hours of wrapping.

    In girth exercises, I did 800 reps of jelqs and about 5 minutes of SSJs. I was surprised how good my EQ was today while doing these exercises! I'm glad that I appear to be keeping up with these exercises.

    I also need to mention, after reading a bit, that I have been measuring sitting down. A lot of people here measure sitting down as well. There's no real harm in measuring that way as long as you do it

  6. Day 39

    I did three sets of stretches today with one hour of wrapping after each set. Like yesterday, I am feeling a bit of soreness throughout the day at the base. I am wondering if this is better than doing 6 hours of wrapping a day with only one set of manual stretches. I may end up doing more wrapping anyways if I think I can handle it. Iím trying to do as much as I can, but Iím conscious about not overdoing it.

    SRT is supposed to be pretty powerful stuff, but so is manual stretching.

  7. Day 38 - Higher Intensity?

    I did three sets of stretches today, that's nine of each thirty second manual stretch.
    In the afternoon I noticed a faint ache at the base of the shaft, something I haven't felt since when I just started.

    I did 800 reps of jelqs today, and almost halfway through it I developed two red spots. When I was done I managed to do a couple short sets of SSJs, but I still can't do it like I did when I first started doing SSJs. My erection softens when I do it, so it ends up giving

  8. Day 37

    I did two sets of stretches today, I think that is the most manual stretching Iíve ever done. This was partly inspired by the user stupidick. He has also been using SRT, just not as much as I had been trying to. Even with only three hours of wrapping a day seemed to have some pretty good results. Iím trying to get back into it again soon, Iíll need to start my routines very early again.

    I jelqed 600 reps. I had to stop both because my erection did not come back, and because my

  9. Day 36

    Stretching worked out the first time I tried it today.

    Did 800 reps of jelqs again, this time with firmer erections while doing it.

    I seem to be getting back into the swing of things. However, I've stopped doing SSJs as they seem to take a toll on my EQ. I will find a way to get them into my routine some other time.

  10. Day 35

    Stretching was even more difficult today because of the erections interrupting. I think now I will start breaking up stretches early in the morning.

    My EQ is definitely good, but itís strange. I still donít get spontaneous erections much at all, but I can reach full erection faster and more easily.

    Managed to do 800 reps of jelqs today. I was wondering why Iím supposed to jelq with reverse OK grip, is there a reason not to jelq the other way?

  11. Day 34 - Continuing PE

    Started PE again today. I kept getting erect while stretching so it took a long time.

    My arms got extremely tired while jelqing, plus a hangnail on my thumb kept interfering. I got in about 360 reps.

    Iím not completely healthy yet, but I am capable of doing PE today.

    To my frustration, the time I set aside to usually do it was interrupted.

    There are a lot of things I need to catch up with.

  13. Day 32 - Health is improving

    Iím feeling much better, but my energy is not completely present.

    I was at least able to get some stretches done.

    My EQ was better than yesterday, but not enough for jelqing today.

  14. Day 31 - Very ill

    Last night and early this morning I was extremely sick. I havenít gotten sick like this in over six years. I have even less energy today than yesterday. I was worried the illness might be because of too much L-Arginine, but it seems more likely to be the virus. Not much is known about arginine overdose anyways, from what Iíve read. My scrotum was very loose today, probably because of dehydration.

    Hopefully Iíll be in good shape tomorrow.

    Itís been 30 days since I started PE, so I measured today to see how Iíve been doing.

    BPEL: 7.25Ē
    BPFSL: 7.5Ē
    MEG: 5.1Ē
    BEG: 5.1Ē
    FG: 4.25Ē

    ΔBPEL: 0.25Ē
    ΔBPFSL: 0.5Ē
    ΔMEG: 0.2Ē
    ΔBEG: 0.1Ē
    ΔFG: 0.05Ē

    I canít say Iím surprised, but Iím excited to see these gains! I tried to be as dedicated to PE as I could. For a couple days I was unable to do some exercises due to injury

  16. Day 29

    I couldnít wrap much today. Even after wrapping as gently as possible I experienced some discomfort that I did not think was okay. Iím hoping whatever DLD is working on will involve an SRT alternative to ACE wrap, because itís difficult for me to get used to!

    Jelqing went fine today. EQ is no better than yesterday. Iím somewhat afraid to tie for longer than 20 minutes, Iím not sure if I have the right tightness with it. Most of the time the girth seems to fade away after a few

  17. Day 28 - 3000mg L-Arginine

    My blood pressure is in very good shape right now so those machines must have been giving me bad readings. My resting heart rate actually isnít that poor either and is in a pretty acceptable range. This will not stop my exercise of course, because it still provides health benefits.

    I kegeled a lot today, and I got a great erection too! It was definitely 100%, and appeared different. Canít wait to measure this week.

  18. Day 27 - 2000mg L-Arginine

    I had a bit of trouble sleeping last night. I felt uncomfortable in many different ways, and I assume this was the L-Arginine. When I woke up I took another 1000mg and my body didnít go crazy. Iíve been feeling regular all day in this regard. From what I understand, it takes some time to see the full benefits of something like this. In the Citrulline thread it took one person over 10 days to see a real improvement, and Iíd imagine Arginine works the same way, at least for those people that

  19. Day 26 - 1000mg L-Arginine

    I think I finally understand how to wrap just right now. I wrapped for 4 hours and 40 minutes today.

    I bought some L-Arginine with 1000mg capsules. I took one pill half an hour prior to my girth work out. Got an erection but it didnít feel any harder than usual. Tomorrow I will take 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg in the evening and see if EQ improves. If not, I will get some citrulline malate, which is said to be more effective, almost too effective.   20. Day 25 - Losing EQ again

    Iíve been tired and had poor EQ all day. In fact, I donít think Iíve had a 100% erection since 7 days ago. My cardio exercise has made me fatigued overall, especially today. Even with a good, athletic diet I still donít feel quite good and may need a multivitamin or some other supplement, maybe something as simple as making protein shakes.

    Like the first time I lost my EQ, I canít pump enough blood into my new maximum capacity. Even though this is a sign of gains I want to be
