  1. Day 35

    Stretching was even more difficult today because of the erections interrupting. I think now I will start breaking up stretches early in the morning.

    My EQ is definitely good, but itís strange. I still donít get spontaneous erections much at all, but I can reach full erection faster and more easily.

    Managed to do 800 reps of jelqs today. I was wondering why Iím supposed to jelq with reverse OK grip, is there a reason not to jelq the other way?

  2. Day 34 - Continuing PE

    Started PE again today. I kept getting erect while stretching so it took a long time.

    My arms got extremely tired while jelqing, plus a hangnail on my thumb kept interfering. I got in about 360 reps.

    Iím not completely healthy yet, but I am capable of doing PE today.

    To my frustration, the time I set aside to usually do it was interrupted.

  4. Day 32 - Health is improving

    Iím feeling much better, but my energy is not completely present.

    I was at least able to get some stretches done.

    My EQ was better than yesterday, but not enough for jelqing today.

  5. Day 31 - Very ill

    Last night and early this morning I was extremely sick. I havenít gotten sick like this in over six years. I have even less energy today than yesterday. I was worried the illness might be because of too much L-Arginine, but it seems more likely to be the virus. Not much is known about arginine overdose anyways, from what Iíve read. My scrotum was very loose today, probably because of dehydration.

    Hopefully Iíll be in good shape tomorrow.

    I canít say Iím surprised, but Iím excited to see these gains! I tried to be as dedicated to PE as I could. For a couple days I was unable to do some exercises due to injury

  8. Day 29

    I couldnít wrap much today. Even after wrapping as gently as possible I experienced some discomfort that I did not think was okay. Iím hoping whatever DLD is working on will involve an SRT alternative to ACE wrap, because itís difficult for me to get used to!

    Jelqing went fine today. EQ is no better than yesterday. Iím somewhat afraid to tie for longer than 20 minutes, Iím not sure if I have the right tightness with it. Most of the time the girth seems to fade away after a few

  9. Day 28 - 3000mg L-Arginine

    My blood pressure is in very good shape right now so those machines must have been giving me bad readings. My resting heart rate actually isnít that poor either and is in a pretty acceptable range. This will not stop my exercise of course, because it still provides health benefits.

    I kegeled a lot today, and I got a great erection too! It was definitely 100%, and appeared different. Canít wait to measure this week.

  10. Day 27 - 2000mg L-Arginine

    I had a bit of trouble sleeping last night. I felt uncomfortable in many different ways, and I assume this was the L-Arginine. When I woke up I took another 1000mg and my body didnít go crazy. Iíve been feeling regular all day in this regard. From what I understand, it takes some time to see the full benefits of something like this. In the Citrulline thread it took one person over 10 days to see a real improvement, and Iíd imagine Arginine works the same way, at least for those people that

  11. Day 26 - 1000mg L-Arginine

    I think I finally understand how to wrap just right now. I wrapped for 4 hours and 40 minutes today.

    I bought some L-Arginine with 1000mg capsules. I took one pill half an hour prior to my girth work out. Got an erection but it didnít feel any harder than usual. Tomorrow I will take 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg in the evening and see if EQ improves. If not, I will get some citrulline malate, which is said to be more effective, almost too effective.   12. Day 25 - Losing EQ again

    Iíve been tired and had poor EQ all day. In fact, I donít think Iíve had a 100% erection since 7 days ago. My cardio exercise has made me fatigued overall, especially today. Even with a good, athletic diet I still donít feel quite good and may need a multivitamin or some other supplement, maybe something as simple as making protein shakes.

    Like the first time I lost my EQ, I canít pump enough blood into my new maximum capacity. Even though this is a sign of gains I want to be

  15. Day 24 - Trying to get back on track

    Ballooning went better today. I lasted 40 minutes and had what felt like 4 dry orgasms. The last orgasm was not that much better though. However, my penis felt even more different than before.   17. Day 23 - Better Already?

    This morning the lymph vessel seemed slightly softer. I was curious about what I read about ballooning yesterday so I tried it out for 30 minutes. I only stimulated the two sides of the shaft, and nothing near the lymph vessel besides the glans itself and the top of the base.   18. Day 22 - Lymphangiosclerosis?

    Read about ballooning/edging techniques, specifically the methods Dr. Lin wrote about. Iím not sure when I should put this in my routine. Should it be first thing in the morning before stretches, or while tying after a girth workout? I would fancy the former, not just because DLD suggests ejaculation before stretches in SRT every once in a while, but also because it is better to balloon with a spontaneous erection, which I tend to get in the morning.

    Guy was a selling a Goliath model Bathmate. I canít use that besides pumping balls, unless I wanted to keep it until I got big enough to use it. I hope he is still selling by the time I get those gains. By that time I will probably make enough money to get my own without worrying about the price.

  20. Day 20 - Ups and Downs with SRT

    Last night I tried jelqing without porn, so thatís why that didnít work. Half an hour later I watched some and it was easy.

    After looking around I found some interesting webpages about pumping with Sun Tea Jars. Itís very affordable. I might consider it if it doesnít interfere with PE, as I primarily am interested in that for BE. I also found someone selling a Bathmate relatively close to me. I might get this, considering Dan Clizerís success with it, but Iíd rather do manual
