RedZulu, everybody gets rotator cuff impingement from exercise unless they train against it. On t-nation are some articles by Cressey, Hartmann, Robertson on toning back muscles to pull the gap wider and ease the impingement. One vid from Cressey and Hartmann shows beside the face pulls and shrugs. Any pull should help, from deads to pullups, including any rows, but the most specialized for reducing impingement are beside the face pulls and shrugs. They do beside the face pulls with cables but I do them at the grocery store using gallon water jugs, bending over, so pulling from arms extended in front to hands to side of head in a goal post position with arms.

Tom Venutu talks about lean all the time, no bulk and cut cycle. Joe Meglio is a young guy with a classic natural strongman look and he's using modified Ori Hofmekler, which means he's using some catabolic intervals, goal again is lean all the time but building muscle, best of both worlds, no bulk and cut cycle.

Pasquale is not just a bodybuilder, or just a powerlifter, but both, so he can talk about "like a man". Most young men aim to get big and strong. Good concept.

Re: Kingsnake (The Anobolic Diet Article)

Seeing as how this thread is from over 2 years ago, I was wondering if you have any updates on the diet? Are you still following it, and if so, has it remained successful? If you arent following it anymore, why not? Got tired of following the same plan for so long, reached your goals and have moved onto to a different diet to maintain, or something else?
