My diet is about 40-50% raw fruits and vegetables. 30-40% cooked foods such as mainly soups of all kinds, meats(no pork), fish, oils like olive oil and seed oil, eggs, potatoes. Then 20% is miscellaneous like nuts, raisins, etc.
