Question Re: Some Easy Steps to Avoid PE Injury

Thanks for your advice DLD, I suffer from pimples on my shaft, and when I jelq they hurt, tried the heating pad routine, put it on the Hot setting, all it did was swell it up, is that what's supposed to happen? Can you give us some more hints about proper jeqluing techniques? Am going to the doc re the pimples, hope he doesn't have to lance them! Regards, S&M

    DLD,

I just joined your system over the last week and I have started with phase one...I am now noticing a pretty big vein-like bulge at the base of my penis near my balls, is this normal?( I have been following directions closely)
    Thanks

I've found a good, but admittedly obvious way, to make sure that you do not skip the warm up.

Simply perform your kegels at the same time as you are performing your warm up.

I use simply a flannel (cloth) soaked in warm to hot water, and re-soak it after so many kegels to make sure that the cloth stays warm through out.

So at the moment (as I am a newcomer) I do 10 x 5 second kegels. Then re-soak. Then another. Etc until I have performed all 50 kegels. Then perform the 60 second kegel.

    Starting size: 6.75 inches.
    Starting girth: 6 inches.

I am new to this site and trying out some jelqing. Everytime I start, blood begins to come out of the peehole.

What is happening? How do I solve this?

    Blood coming out...

    Hello,

If blood is coming out every time you jelq I would be VERY wary. It sounds like you may well need to get to a doctor soon, as you may have ruptured some sort of blood vessel.

This may have been caused by excessive, or over enthusiastic jelquing. I have often had blood spots on the head of my penis, but never what you describe.

Ask the same question in the general forum on here, or better still please do get to a doctor. I know it may be a little embarrassing, but it is the most important part of a man's body after all, so don't get into trouble with the little fellar. Best to get him checked out.

    Jimmy.

With regard to the aspirin, yes excessive use can cause stomach bleeding because as Goldmember pointed out it reduces prostaglandin synthesis and prostaglandins help maintain the protective mucus lining of the stomach. But I think thats the whole point of DLD recommending the smaller dose of the baby aspirin. I find taking an apsirin every now and again can be good for a variety of reasons, I'm not sure if I would take one daily as this might have unwanted side effects, but I think it might help if you tend to suffer from Penis Enlargement injuries.

    Jimmy.

The blood does not come every single time I jelque. If I let it alone for some days, it kinda heals. When I start again, for probably 15-20 jelques, it starts to come again, though not in in large quantities. Has anyone ever had this problem? It does not allow me to do all the jelques I need to do to gain the size.

After Penis Enlargementing for a few months, I've gotten some gains, but my erections aren't as hard as they used to be.

Has this happened to anyone else? I've stopped, will I be able to get as hard as before with time?

I have gotten back in the game recently. After stretching over the past week I have noticed that the very tip of my head is a lot redder and brighter than the rest of the head. Is this normal? Am i doing something wrong?

Re: Some Easy Steps to Avoid PE Injury

I was doing my jelqs and watch TV when I noticed this on my penis. I interrupted, warm down. If I wasn't looking I will never notice it. Now it does hurt a bit and I have a feeling that I have to take some days off, did any of you encountered something like this, and if so, how do you proceed?

I attached a photo penis flacid state with that blister or whatever it is.

Re: Some Easy Steps to Avoid PE Injury

Here a photo after 24 hours. I know exactly what it is, a broke some small veins and got a hematoma while jelquing. If you ever saw someone that got a fist in his eye or face you know what I'm talking about It does not hurt at all now, I guess that all I can do is to put ice on it which usualy helps and the healing period decrease noticeable.

The problem is that it won't heal earlier than 2-3 weeks but my real concern is how sensitive the area remains. I may not be able to do jelqs any time and soon perhaps I need to find a replacement for them after I'll get penis back to normal.

    Any suggestion welcomed
