Subject: Ligament pops in the penis
Ligament pops in penis enlargement are caused when the ligament is pulled at a high force and causes it to budge or move alot more than usual.
This results in it passing over the pubic bone or surrounding tissue areas and the oxygen nearby is pressured, and a pop noise results.
The pop is the air the moveing ligament is displacing when it moves.
The primary function of ligament is to connect bone to bone. If a ligament is stretched, or torn, then too much movement between the bones may occur. This extra movement is perceived as a popping, clicking, catching or feeling of weakness between the bones.
Good or Bad?
I once said, it was good but since I have become more educated I would say neither bad or good and so long as you feel no pain than its nothing to worry about, however when the joint noise is accompanied by a painful sensation, the noise is usually a symptom of a joint injury or degenerative condition.
I've had approx five ligament pops in my penile area since I started pe.
I dont think that reguler ligament popping means your gunna be a monster gainer[B] and actually from what I now know, it probably wont do you anygood in the longrun to keep haveing them as regular popping of the ligaments is a sign that the joint is injured or degenerative in its condition, so the more you want the pops the more wear and tear is being inflicted to the area and for sake of nothing as the theory that some have, about the pops causeing growth has never been proven and all the medical literature supports against aiming for them.
In most joints, pain that accompanies the sound of a pop or a crack is a symptom of arthritis. It is common for arthritic pain to manifest itself without any sound from the joint on movement.
A popping sound is also a common contemporaneous event with a serious rupture of a ligament or a tendon. Such occurrences are usually painful, but not exclusively so. A popping sound is often experienced by athletes who sustain an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear, an Achilles tendon rupture, or a rupture of the hamstring. The pop is caused by the structure being torn completely in two.
I do however think that it could be possible that the first pop with some guys that are finding it hard to gain length, can really help get them started and I was in this position years ago until I had my first ligament pop and I seemed to start the gains but the pops I later had didnt yield additional gains which supports what I'm saying.
That first ligament pop could have been a coincidence that I started to gain length again, as one must stretch pretty intense to get them so the intensity could have been the factor and not the popping for the firstime.
This theory is hard to prove and isn't solid, just something I think might be the case in some guys and indeed myself however DLD for example, never had a lig pop yet and has grown very well via his ligaments
Why do I get them?
We get these cracks or pops as we are using alot of force on the ligaments which moves them out all of a sudden when the pop occurs.
If a ligament is stretched, or torn, then too much movement between the bones may occur. This extra movement is perceived as a popping, clicking, catching, or feeling of weakness between the bones.
If you never or rarely get a pop or crack will you still gain? Yes you will and no evidence of any kind exists to say that one must get ligament pops to have growth, keep growing or that it helps with growth.
Pops seem to occur from intense sessions mostly, and when guys yank really hard but some are more prone to them than others.
Its similer to that of knuckle cracking, some can do it better and more often than others as you may have seen, well its the same principal here.
Someguys will be 'natural' poppers when they stretch and I dont know why someguys will be like this and others are not but from my years in this field I have seen no evidence at all to suggest those that get ligament pops, either the natural ones or forced ones gain better than those who do not get pops.
All that penile ligament pops are is the ligament being forced over the pubic bone or surrounding tissue areas and the oxygen nearby is pressured, and a pop noise results
Exactly the Samething happens with other ligaments in the body and the penis is no different and if you force the ligament pops for the sake of wanting them and thinking they yield better results than like the rest of the body you could open yourself up to artheritis in later life, albeit in your penis or worse still pull so hard that you tear the ligament which you do not want.
Haveing ligament pops does not mean your going to get better growth, but in some guys I do think it MIGHT start there length gains by the one off first and onlytime of the ligament popping but this is a big might and they would have to be hard gainers who cant seem to gain length at all with everything they have tried to do with regards to ligament stretching.
You would think that the popping could mean something good, because the ligament has moved more than normal but this isnt the case as the evidence in the pe world suggests and the medical community that deal with ligament injuries and pops. Guys that FORCE the pops, by this I mean the fools who stretch for the pop, well they are asking for trouble because they could tear the ligament albeit that would be hard as the suspensory ligament is difficult even for the surgeon to cut but it can be done or they risk dislocation and looseness to the joint.
The final risk of forceing them is potential risk for arthritis in later life, so dont go for them at all and if you are a guy that naturally gets them than its one of those things I suppose like with your knuckles and in time it could go away and its not like you would be forceing that, as it would come easier for those with a predisposition for it.
