From PE I have gained so much extra skin my penis now looks like this,
sometimes it looks different so I uploaded many different pictures

I know the arguments for and against circumcision, mainly sensitivity,
but when my penis looks like this flaccid its really affecting my mental state and has been for the past year

If you were in my position what would you do? i looked at 'cosmetic' circumcision where they cut skin from the base so they keep all the beautiful nerve endings at the foreskin, but my country doesn't have that option

You have a very nice looking penis, there is excessive skin but when erect it must take up much of that. My Fathers penis looked just like yours so I love it! You can always concentrate on lengthening the shaft, allowing for some of the skin to be taken up. Circumcision is always a choice and you can custom the way they do the surgery. You can ask for a partial or full removal of the foreskin. My Son and GrandSons all have a loose Circumcision as I had a tight one which was the opposite of your issue. So there are options and it all depends on what you think. If it bothers you, get a Circumcision and be happy.

Yes, if it is bothersome, the surgery can be an option. I would see one thing as bothersome (which could ease the process in getting the surgery), as you likely have to retract your foreskin a lot to pee cleanly.
But overall, if it retracts a lot when in erection, I'd put more workout towards manual exercises, retracting the foreskin and grabbing just behind the glans.

If there's no option in your country for the special surgery, I'd either consider therapy or then if you're really willing to go through with it, book an appointment abroad. (Latter is likely very expensive and well, therapy isn't cheap exactly, to my knowledge.)

Your unit looks fine considering the pictures you posted, be happy with your willie!

There is no such thing as penis lengthening surgery, the surgery you are referring to is a ligament cut where the penis is detached from the ligaments. It will not make you penis longer nor will it deal with the skin, it most likely will make it worse not to mention the 100's of others things that can go wrong with that surgery. I highly recommend a circumcision and ask the doctor to take up as much skin as possible. I think this will make you happiest.

I agree with DLD. I'd go the minimalist approach first. I'm also thinking circumcision, even partial may be covered by health insurance.....I don't think it is considered "cosmetic".

Definitely covered by insurance, it is a health issue in many ways. It would be a quick and clean way to go and bring you so much more happiness.

Ask for a loose cut! My Son and Grandsons have the same deal, loose but cut.
