Before i start going into details about the routine let me just say that the most important thing in any PE routine is Intensity.Many people have misconceptions about it so i will try to elaborate.

If you wont to make any lenght routine more harder you need to do a few modifications and follow the next few PE laws = :

1) Increase intensity = progressively increase the stretching force that you are using to stress your penis(this is a never ending process and a day to day grind).Always try to use more force then you used on the last workout.

2) Increase extensity = increase the time under which your penis is being stressed by a stretching force.

3) Increase the number of training sessions you do daily,weekly,yearly.
PE is a science no doubt about it and as such simple mathematical laws can be applied to it.
After any good session when you rest your penis grows on a microscopical level that can be expressed by a number so the more "good" session you do daily,weekly,yearly = the more you will grow.Here we are taking a theoretical approach that your PE training is good enough to provoke adaptation response after every session which is a hard thing to do.

4)Diversity = dont pick just one exercise.Pick a few diffrent exercises so that each specific exercise targets diffrent part of the penis(ligaments,tunica,skin,internal penis) but dont use 2 many exercises because then your intensity will be in jeopardy and you will have a harder time tracking your progress as far a force output is concerned.

5)Keep it simple = Dont overanalyze things to much.PE is a simple sport.Just do the work and grind.

So the best thing to do is combine all this things into 1 routine in which we have intensity,extensity and diversity.


ROUTINE :

Routine is very simple and is dived in 3 parts and is very easy to understand.Morning,afternoon,evening.

Morning workout:

-5 mins of simple warmup.

- 30 mins of Cable tie belt ADS stretch(advanced concept and mixture of hanging and ADS) at max possible intensity.>>http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/s...536#post409536.

-30mins of Hanging with a weight sufficient enough to provoke adaptation mechanism response.

-After the session is over strap on a regular ADS extender and wear it untill the next session.Try to wear the extender at least 8 hours a day.Essentialy you are wearing it always when youre not doing the manual work.

Afternoon workout :

Repeat everything from the morning workout.

Evening workout

Repeat everything from the morning workout.


Do this routine everyday,7days a week, 365 days a year,even on holidays and i guarantee you will grow no matter what.Its all up to you.
