Hey everyone, I've decided to write a couple of blog entries. With PE, of course performing the exercises is the most important part. To maximize your work, there are foods that can help you grow and contribute to your overall health. All of the foods I list are rumored to help PE practitioners, and most would be recommended by a nutritionist anyway.
PE Grocery List:
Green tea (try to get real stuff like Oi Ocha instead of the kind that's sweetened with chemicals)
