For me motivation sometimes is about small things. It doesn't always cost a lot.

It could be a new personal relationship. That can drive a man to go very far!

A new product; I've used several different oils during my "PE career" and each one brings a new spark. And more than often, these don't end up costing and arm and a leg.

Good music or other media that makes you feel good; I really suggest laughing a lot, at least once a day you should have a whole-hearted laugh.
It can be because of music, because of a TV serie show or a movie, but remember to laugh and release those good feelings.

Personally, being thankful is good. I think this I've at least partially learned from MoS.
Some small things you might see as everyday things you could meditate upon and be thankful for them.
For today I could say; "Thank you for making me able to come over a disappointing experience earlier in the day, thanks for letting me have good health."
So many things can be taken for granted. I've heard people say I thank too much, but I think better be thankful than just see everything as a given.

Personally, I find motivation from coming over to MoS! The Brotherhood is strong and gives the willpower to go for more, to do that exercise you felt like not doing, to read more about different ways to enhance yourself.

Maintaining positive energy and outlook

Having something (anything) I'm excited about
Keeping my sense of humor

Seems simple enough, but if you're surrounded by negativity, (be it people or circumstance) it/they will try to suck-out all your positivity...eyeing the future prevents lamenting the past and thereby not wasting energy on something you can't change...having a goal or something to look forward to is motivating and recharges your batteries...finding humor in everyday life helps getting through all the hurdles of life
