    The best exercise for bigger balls

    My dick is 8.5 inches long (NBP) with 5.6 in girth. These are the results of a 6-month Penis Enlargement training.
    My previous measure were 7.5 x 5.

    Now, when I look at "him" , I would say that my balls are a bit small,

    so,

    Which are the best exercise for bigger balls?

    I'm not really sold on the idea that much of anything can increase ball size, but there is no harm in trying massaging techniques.

    I've been starting a ball massage before doing pe. It seems to help the pe, but also it does temporarily expand the balls. I haven't been doing it long enough to know if it causes permanent size increases. I just started because I thought that massaging them would increase sperm and testosterone by increasing circulation. I think they expand because they are warming up. Also by gently pressing and rubbing I think you are causing the blood vessels to expand slightly. After the massage, I can feel the veins popped out slightly.
