    Input required

    Im not new to PE, although not that regular i must say. I have never been consistant in my routine, but my irrergular PE has given me some gains and now im thinking of getting it a serious go. Im married with kids so i do pe in stealth. Mostly i have done jelqs (dry and wet) , stretches etc. Last year i tried clamping for a week or two but i think i got carried away and pushed myself beyond my limits..anyways, im doing jelq and stretch routine again nowadays , also after reading up DLDs method im convinced that 90-100% erect jelqing is the way to gain more quickly. Also, i think everyone is different and thier penis is conditioned in thier own unique way. I have observed that my penis can take alot of beating i mostly do 200 flaccid jelqs and than 200-300 90%erect jelqs. What more can i add to my routine in order to achieve my goals. Clamping is an excercise which i see can offer many benefits, but i always get excited and go overboard. What i did in clamping was that i become 100% erect and put the clamp on, then i keep stimulating so i my erection dosnt subside. I do 3/4 reps of 10 minutes giving a break of 5 mins in between. Am i doing it correct?

    to begin with,100% erect jelqs are a no-no. you can damage your blood vessels and that type of injury is not good,trust me. stick with 90% if you must although its best done around 60-80%. clamping in my opinion is best done for longer periods,20-30 minutes. I went for 1 set of 3 hours with no breaks in between but I have been clamping for a long time. so you ought to clamp for 1-2 long sets of 20-30 minutes until you feel safe to do longer periods and more sets and remember that safety and health are far more important than a bigger penis

    Thanks mike. Ill definately keep tht in mind. Can you please tell me the erection level at which u put ur clamp on?? Mine start to go down aroun 2/3 mins if i dont keep my penis stimulated

    Not true Mike or my penis would be damaged. Erect Jelqing is something I came out with at Thunders and I was attacked because of it. After I proved that erect jelqing was a very powerful exercise and was making very fast gains people started to train erect in many ways. I agree that 90% if the best place to be but men should not fear 100% exercise, they just need to be cautious. I have much more of a negative view of Clamping which I know causes injuries that can keep you out of the game for a hot ny minute!

    First off......I consider myself to be fairly experienced, when it comes to clamping..... as I have spent, literally, hours, and hours, clamped, with great intensity, and with no injuries..... and attribute, a big part of my gains, to clamping..... But, I used my head, and as long as you do too, you'll be fine! Now...... with you just starting with clamping, until you get conditioned to it, 10-15 min, is all I suggest, at least without a break. I'd try it a couple times a day, see how you feel, and increase sets from there. Then, after a while, start making the sets longer. I suggest spreading them out, thru the day though, instead of back to back. Why do you think you went too far? Did you have any negative side effects? As far as the jelqs go.......a lot of guys do them at 100%...... me being one of them. Honestly though.... not a fan of wet ones, and those may be better done at a lower level. I do them dry. I don't slide my hand, i clamp off with the ok trip, push forward as far as the skin will allow, and then start adding fingers, one at a time, like milking a cow. Those I love! As far as hiding it goes...... I'm married, and have 2 kids...... I understand the kids maybe, but you're much better off, telling the wife!! One of two things is gonna be the case..... either she's not going to notice, which means you're not really getting anywhere....... or she is, and anybody with brains, knows it's not just a late growth spurt! So, then she's gonna be pissed, cause you lied, you're gonna have a hard time trying to buy equipment on the DL, and you can devote more time to it, without her thinking you're going to the bathroom, to talk to a girlfriend that you font have!!! Just do what I did.....I told her I'd been reading up, and that I was going to do it, for health reasons, and that some say they actually gained some size, and if you do, it would be a pleasant side effect! I promise, you want to tell her! I definitely suggest the Bathmate, and the SG extender. I use them both, all the time! They are great tools, and even though you don't need them, they will take you to the next level!! Good luck!!

    First off what are your goals?
    Next I feel the same way about "everyone is conditioned differently"! You should do the excersises at whatever level you feel comfortable! You should always practice with caution and make sure to do some sort of warm up to prevent any injuries. Start off slow... this is a marathon not a sprint.

    Absolutely DLD! I wouldn't fear injury, with doing jelqs at 100%..... but, at full erection, used going to be very hard.... at 90%, it will expand a little more, a little easier. That's all I meant. As far as the clamping....are you using a cable clamp? If so, use a short silicone sleeve, or a few layers of wrap, get erect, and start tightening. You want it tight enough, with no stim, it keeps pressure, for a couple min anyway, then you should be able to push it back into your pelvis, kegela couple times, and be back tight. If that doesn't happen, then go one click tighter. Just use your head, and don't be afraid to ask!!!!!!!!!!!! You can even PM me, if you feel the need. The last thing I want, is to sew somebody get hurt!

    I didn't say they should never be done, I mean that they are not safe (which they are not safe!) and he shouldn't do them until he's at an adequate level of experience.

    I guess we can agree to disagree..... lol. But, what is it about it, that you're thinking is dangerous? I may be missing something....... but, I just don't really see it. I do see them possibly being a little less affective, as I said before, because of it being a little more flexible, at 90%. That even is debatable. I honestly don't see them being any more risky, than ulis, horse squeezes, or any other max erection, max pressure exercises. If you're not conditioned to this type training, then I'd approach any one ofthem, with equal caution. Just my honest opinion.

    I suggest even 'experienced' champers look at my clamping guide and videos. I am a big advocate of starting flaccid and working up the erection level as you tighten your clamp. Rather than, as some men do, clamp down into an already erect penis. I explain in my material. malehanger3.boards.net under the "Penis Clamp" links.

    You guys are wayyyy better at helping out and giving suggestions than other forums!! Thumbs up!
    I used to jelq at 30-50% erection level and gained very minimal results, it was a motivational killer for me. Then i stumbled upon DLD's first routine last year and i literally hogged all the pages and devour all the info. And i started jelqing in the light of the knowledge i gained from that thread. I can only say that these 4/5 months of jelqing outweighs the previous years!! I now try to do 90-100% jelq and have got visible gains.
    Note: English is not my first language so plz ignore any mistakes in communication.

    Thankyou Adam for the detailed answer. I do prefer dry jelqs over wet ones but i get stimulated quickly with dry ones and drop my load so i do wet ones more thn dry. Also do you clamp at 100% and keep stimulating to stay erect or just let it subside with time but dont remove the clamp? I live in Pakistan so i dont have acces to extenders and bathmates here. I cant let the wife know what i do because in our society people are con differently, so stealth mode is the only option. I am going to take a break of one month starting from 27th of this month after that i will have a full go at it. Jelq/stretch and clamping. Also, when i clamp my penis start to go cold after sometime. Chnage in color is also evident. What precautions shall i take when applying clamp...is cold okay? Change in color?? Is blue/purple safe? When i did clamping i used to keep my penis 100% erect and keep stimulating i never let the erection subside after a while i was getting negative PIs so i backed off. Also i have had a stint with chemical pe a year ago, when i had a week or so alone, i used pge1 to induce 3/4 hours erection and my penis is working fine.     Not a problem.... glad I could help! What I usually do, is start about 50%, snug the clamp up, and keep stimulating, snug it up, and so on, till I get to 110%! Lol. Once I'm there, usually, just pushing the clamp into my pelvis, and kegeling, is all it takes to stay super engorged. That being said.......alot of times, I'll edge, or do squeezes, while I'm clamped, and then after, stay clamped for a little while.....i just tuck it in, and walk around. If it's tight enough, you may loose the erection.....in that the penis doesn't point at the ceiling, but, it should stay tight, from the clamp out. With all that blood, it is gonna be dark, while clamped, but, if it gets really purple, then release it. Same goes with cold..... main thing, is to keep kegeling, to stay engorged, and to keep some fresh blood pushed in there. That will keep it from getting cold. Mine will get a little cool, now and then...... if it does, just release.
