    What can i do to really pump up my routine?

    I have about 6.4 inches rn. By the time may comes i would like to be 7.2 inches.
    As of right now my routine is 5 min of warm up bundled stretch 10 min mandingo stretch and than 40-60 min of hanging and than 5 min of expressive stretch
    Im wrapped all day. Anything else? Is .8 inches in 6 months to much?

    I'd venture to guess that your routine, (if done consistently) will yield the results you're looking for...especially if they're 'newbie gains'. Once your body gets used to the forces you're placing upon it, you'll probably need to up the intensity...there will be peaks/valleys and expect some resistance to this change you're making happen. Perhaps consider getting one of the Bathmate products, they'll inspire you to train even harder

    TM6, I don't think that .8 is too much in 6 months. I would like to think that with the exercises you are doing you should see that within that time

    It is a very small gain and should be easily attainable within 6 months. Do not wait, start now so in 6 months you have the gain.
