Hi, This is a very simple yet effective routine that I made that is actually fun and easy to stick to which is the most important thing. It took me years to figure out and this is basically the finished product of constant tweaking. I found this routine really flows and is very simple and to the point. I'll keep it short and sweet here it is...
- warm-up (opt.)
- Bathmate 6 min.
- LM 5-10 min. ( your stretch of choice, I personally like a variation of downward or btc stretches and the mother lig stretch for good measure a long with DLD's PA internal stretch, you don't have to make the stretching session long just short and intense so you bang it out quick. )
- after the quick stretching set I get ready for a nice Bathmate session, I like to get ready by doing some ball stretches for a nice long sack ( the only sack stretches I do are the ones where you grab the skin just above the sack with one hand and pull downward while at the same time pulling the penis upward with the other, this is an extremely good sack stretch and the only one you really need for a really long stretched out sack )
- once the sack stretches are complete, hop in the Bathmate for about 20-30 min. ( I love doing a variation of hard kegels in the Bathmate for a boost, when I'm ready to take it off I do Bathmate hardcore stretches for 1 min. )
- after you have a nice pump from the Bathmate it's time to do some erect work to make big fast gains and expand the tissues just like DLD's SRT theory states. I usually edge with a cable clamp at the base and under the glans for no more than 20-30 min. the cool thing is you can mix any other girth exercise with the clamps on to make your edging session into a crazy girth routine. Like maybe every 5 min. you can throw in some SSJ or ulis to add to the intensity. While doing this I almost always end up with a dry orgasm.
This is pretty much it, after the edging session your done. You can choose to warm-down or throw on a cock ring. Maybe add some extra kegel work here and there for good measure. You can also repeat the whole routine really quick when your used to it and want to have really nice gains. Let e know what you guys think. Thanks
