Lightbulb The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

    Greetings!

This is my first thread. I've never really introduced myself to this community, but I've surely lurked around and posted a few times.
Just a quick intro; 30-years old as of 2017, body weight changes, but 5'7" "strong" built, people don't often talk about my height that much nor weight, thankfully.
I have been using mainly hydro pumps as my means of gain, together with SSJs and some clamping techniques. Unfortunately my notes about starting size and the size now aren't very accurate, but there has been length growth at least of an 0.5 inch according to a small scar line. Girth is definitely up by the same 0.5 inch, on a good day I think 1 inch temporary gains have happened.
I'm mainly doing PE for the pleasant effect of it, in a way to pass time, sexual partners have been pretty much down to 1, so really, like most exercises or sports, it's best to do it for yourself!

Okay, "quick intro", let's get down to the supplements!
As a note, most of the supplements I've used I've used in a course of two or three months, to really see if there's something. Many supplements, depending on overall diet, do take their time to work, this is what's been written and what I've noticed in use.

    L-Citrulline

This supplement for me has been very pleasant. Before L-Citrulline I've used L-Arginine, but reading more about it I found that L-Citrulline could work better.
And in my case it does!
Someone wrote a while ago about high dose of L-Citrulline and its effects on erection quality. I concur with the said statements; I mixed some powder in tea and had a BM session; so much easier to get a good hard on!
This is a supplement I think can work without "building up to it", I had a break from using it but by golly, it sure did wonders for me when I added it to my tea. Roughly half of a teaspoon has been the dose that has worked for me well.

I think this my "cheap Viagra." And it's probably less of a hassle to get it than Viagra. For me there's little to no taste while mixed in tea, maybe slightly alkaline taste, but nothing horrible.
    Thumbs up for this supplement.

    Tongkat Ali / Longjack100

I've also ran courses of this supplement, usually a 5 day on, 2 days off. Not currently taking, but I have some supply.
I feel that Tongkat Ali is good for strength and elevated mood. When I was working, I usually took just one 500mg pill in the morning and it really boosted me up.
PE wise, erections were good, but I can't say I noticed that much change to the normal. For me the elevation in my mood was great.
I've read that Tongkat Ali is good for low testosterone and likely my elevated mood was from raised levels of testosterone, just speculation.
A reasonable supplement in my experience.

    Dopa Mucuna

Dopa Mucuna, Mucuna pruriensis I took for sperm health or bigger loads; can't say that much for a change, but Dopa Mucuna is what I use if I'm really going downhill in my thoughts. Mainly saved for special occasions; it's said to be good for sperm production, that might be true, as always bigger load isn't a sign of more sperm.
But overall, this supplement helped me to get through some darker times, as it's a precursor of dopamine production. (To my understanding, has to do with dopamine levels anyhow.)
Certainly something to used with care, that's why I save it a bit more.

    Sunflower Lecithin

Good for brains, good fats. Also took it for ejaculation volume where it had some effect, but not necessarily so great; made things more thick for me. Perhaps my water intake wasn't on par with the lecithin intake.
Certainly suggesting to get the organic Sunflower variety instead of the soy-variety. I recall another MoS member really suggesting this supplement for brain health.

    Swedish Flower Pollen

I guess it's clear I've read the "Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase" and other stuff related to ejaculations.

So, this is a nice supplement, although you have to take it very consistently. There's a "loading phase" (yes, quite funny), where you'd take 3 pills a day three times a day. Quite the amount. Although just for three days, after that 1 pill three times a day.
I'm going to run a course of this soon enough. When I've been taking this I've been able to get those fantastic ropes, it's great!
So far in my opinion one of the best supplements for ejaculatory volume and enhanced orgasms. Naturally not perhaps a suitable choice if you're allergic to bees or bee pollen, but I enjoy this supplement a lot.
It's also loaded with nutrients, so overall it's a great "superfood."

    Celery seeds

The organic spice variety. I read about this a moment ago and decided to try it. It's somewhat diuretic and cleansing, so far I've only used this for a week or so. However, my findings are that is does help with ejaculatory volume like mentioned on other sites. I've been taking about 1 or 2 teaspoons a day, I like putting it to my foods. Doesn't taste so strong in foods, simply adds some flavor. And I do like celery! Just a hassle to eat a whole bunch of celery all the time.
So far I'll keep it my rotation, at least it's a damn nice spice if nothing else, suits soups very well.

    Ashwhagandha

Indian "ginseng", while not a part of that family, but said to have similar kind of qualities. Yes, energy boost and I think my metabolism is better when taking this; the taste is horrible though as I bought straight up powder. I did purchase a capsule making tool, so now I'm able to take this supplement.
Written about it being good for libido, my personal findings are somewhat so-so. Certainly has given me energy and mental clarity, so I'll run a course of this through. Also to be cycled like Longjack 100, 5 days on, 2 days off.
If you have a capsule making machine and can get the powder, maybe try it. Or buy capsules, the powder is so pungent in taste! (The name translates as "the smell of horse.")
I couldn't mask it in my juices or yoghurt.

    Maca

This is probably a supplement known by many, at least it's been in the media a lot, in my opinion. My personal findings are nil about this supplement. I used it, but not in consistent way and not enough most likely.
I'm likely to try it again, it's an adaptogen (as is Ashwhagandha) and many reviews state much elevation in libido, ejaculation volume and overall energy. To be cycled as well, no too much of a good thing!

    Zinc

In many variations, one of them being the Ring Of Power. Overall a very potent mineral for men especially, this is something that you should get in certain dose on a daily basis. At least according to what I've read.
In my experience, zinc provides health for the sperm (better color for example), but also keeps flus at bay. I've mainly used it as an anti-flu cure, in that it has helped me.
Most vitamin supplements have this in some form.

    Vitamin C

This is great paired with Zinc if you get a flu. But also suggested for overall well-being. I'd say best to get this from fruits like oranges. I personally take 1000mg pill here and then, not daily for the time being.

    Vitamin D

Quite essential in the dark region where I live. Best to be acquired from outdoors and the sun, but I take a capsule now and then, as it's fat soluble so it doesn't leave the body right away. I think my current pill is 5000 IU, so I usually take it few times a week.

    Multivitamins

I've tried several brands, currently I have something, but I don't take it very often. Most of the multivitamins don't deliver that much for me, there are some good brands, but personally I like choosing what I take.

    Finishing words

This is a list of something I have currently in my cabin or stack if you like to call it that. Mainly using Ashwhaganda, celery seeds and Vitamin D and C for now. (And I've experimented with L-Citrulline these past few days.)
I also purchased some Horny Goat Weed tea, which I can't lay my finger on it too strongly yet. At least it doesn't taste bad.

My diet isn't the greatest and all in all, no supplement can really replace a balanced diet. But for me supplementation has been more of a getting an extra per cent of force, volume, something.
I don't suggest going out there and buying all of these at once. Big Al just wrote a good thread ***Before starting any male enhancement routine- please read!*** , which relates to trying supplementation in my opinion, at least on a certain level.

I highly suggest good hydration, water preferably. I personally try to stick to about 3 liters (12.5 cups US legal cup says Google convert) a day, some days might be less, some days more, depending on perspiration.
And depending of course about which kind of food I eat. This in my experience has a lot to do with ejaculatory volume if one is seeking for that.

I know that quite a lot of this text is repetition, but I hope it raises some conversation.
I guess I'll open the line for questions and what not; what supplements you've tried? Any good, something under the radar?

All the best to all the brothers!

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

    A quick follow-up about supplements!

I am currently waiting on few supplements, one is for those massive cumshots (maybe!), Himalayn Herbals Speman. I'll let you brothers now if I see something good related to that product.
If it's anything like the Swedish Flower Pollen I've had, then great, as this product would be relatively easier for me to get.

Together with that product I also ordered some the same manufacturer some Chyavanaprasha. Considering my test with Ashwhagandha, this looked quite interesting. A sweet tasting paste that you eat 1 -2 teaspoonfuls a day.

So far the celery seeds have worked well, I've been taking 1 - 3 teaspoonfuls of it daily, usually adding it to my meals.
I've also used the ashwhagandha more or less. So, at the moment my supplementation intake is quite "minimal" in a way, so I can vouch for the celery seeds for their efficacy in my case. If nothing else, they taste very good, at least to me.

I have a Swedish Flower Pollen bottle left, that I'll probably use in the coming months. That I know, if taken on a steady basis with decent amount of liquids, will produce the ropes. Well, so it even announces on the bottle.
(Got this from Ken of Rootofthematter, he has some other nice supplements. Webpages are a bit "original" so to speak of, but he does supply good stuff.)

One more: thanks to Big Al, I also bought some Butcher's Broom, looking forward to see if it has an effect on me. Link to the thread: A good idea for you "venous leak" sufferers-

So, two new things I'll be trying.

I'd like to add to the note about external supplementation as well!
I've tried the Eroset's Vein Oil, that's a staple product for PE related injuries in my opinion. I've had a run with leech oils, they had some good qualities, but for what you get, the price is in the high range. I'd say go for the Eroset's oil, you can tweak it to your liking as in changing the carrier oil for exampe. I would highly suggest hemp seed oil, as according to my findings it shouldn't clog pores. (Olive oil can, coconut oil is very likely to.)
I might be getting some others oils in the future, but overall their power is quite a lot in the mental side. Some have good ingredients and not having tested them all, I can't say not to get anything at all.
Currently my interest meter is on Himcolin from the same Himalayn Herbals manufacturer; some reviews said it smells bad. Ingredient wise it seems intriguing. We'll see, so far I haven't made an order for any new oils related to penile health.

Also external wise, I briefly mentioned the Ring of Power, mainly known as ROP. In a way I liked it a lot, as long as you're cleaning the unit well. I had some rash due to the copper despite good cleaning regime though, on the zinc side I didn't have skin issues. (From bird's eye view, zinc on the left, copper on the right, as suggested by several guides regarding ROP.)
It's a decent tool to supplement PE exercises, but I'd cycle the usage of it.

As with any supplementation, user beware, always discontinue use if there are any bad side effects. Some supplementation is 1-2-3, easy to take on a daily basis or on certain days of the week, but some supplements you really want to mark down when you started to use it, keep on top of a possible 5/2 day regime and so on.
I usually take a break from supplementation at times, just to reset a bit. Related to maca atleast, this is the suggested way.

I'm open for questions. And I'm interested if other brothers out there have found good supplements, be it from the listed ones or outside it, doesn't matter. Share your story!

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

    My stack always changes

    Right now I'm taking :

2000 mg of Garlic + 1000mg of Vitamin C. This is supposed to boost Nitric Oxide.

3600-4800mg of Sunflower Lecithin for brain benefits and precum.

50 mg of Zinc (I think this along with the Lecithin has made my loads heavier and they've been the largest since I can remember)

30 drops of Pine Pollen Tincture a day, I've yet to see if this has increased my free testosterone levels, so a blood test is in order

    5HTP for stress and anxiety

I drink two cups of black tea + half a tea spoon of ginger and half a tablespoon of Turmeric and Cayenne thrown into my tea press. Gross, so gross. But it is supposedly good to deal with arterial plaque.

I've also been experimenting with Butcher's Broom and Horse Chestnut extract, my boners seem to be lasting longer.

Eventually, I hope by doing Big Al's Stamina routine as prescribed I can reduce the amount of supplements I am taking.

And the black and green tea (and coffee too) can help lower ferritin.
Although, donating blood is the best option

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

    Yes, some action! :-)

Changing your stack is essential I think, I also rotate between certain ones. Some I come back to, but some I let go and try something else.

I like Matcha, but haven't had that in my "diet" so to speak off. Sunflower Lecithin is definitely beneficial for the cum department, although in my case it caused some clumpiness, which I can just assume was too low water intake.
Anyhow, very interesting stack (didn't comment on every item though) GottaGetAGrip!

For the moment I have the Yerba Mate extract which is quite nice, but mostly I have one cup of black coffee per day. I used to drink more coffee, but nowadays it's usually one cup.

I've never donated my blood Munto! Yes, supposedly there are some benefits. Overall I feel squeamish about needles to my veins, arms especially. Even blood samples have made me feel light-headed longer time ago.

Naturally going without supplements would be great, but personally I feel that diet alone doesn't help me produce really big cumshots, which for me are a big part of this supplementation.
L-Citrulline in my case is the one I've been taking to enhance my boners for hydro pump usage.
Got to have a look at that Big Al's Stamina routine, sounds interesting!

Donating 2-3 times a year is all you need.
Ferritin should be betwenn 40-60ng/ml same goes for Vitamin D

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

I guess I could "man up" and do it, might do me a lot of good, thanks for the idea! It won't be easy and I won't promise I'll do it, but I'll consider it more strongly now. Heck, I don't even know my own blood type! :D

And another follow-up, I did order some oils, I hope they'll arrive before end of the month. Probably quite "bogus", but the cost didn't end up being that high, so I'll give them a chance.
From March onward I'll be on a higher testing phase for at least two months!

@arkailija - Hey, finally did my research and looked into what you're taking, the one's I didn't know too much about that is. The Swedish Flower Pollen though, wow dude, that good?!

    I think with what I've read you're not a lone, so I think I'll add that to my LCit for a basic stack, with a hopefully not so basic reaction:}

Why would garlic, cacao mct and butter be counted as a supplement?
I can see it when the garlic is in powder form.

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

Raw Organic Cacao is great for:

Magnesium, and other essential minerals including calcium, sulfur, zinc, iron, copper, potassium, and manganese.
Polyphenols called flavonoids, with antioxidant properties.
    Vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, E.

Cacao has also been proven to be great for erectile health.

I stopped drinking coffee so instead I make a bullet proof hot chocolate with raw cacao.

The MCT oil is great for energy. It is said to help increase testosterone, also balances cholesterol, and in turn has increased my sex drive a bit. Along with the MCT oil I add grass fed butter which is just another source of MCTs

There's some extra oomph in my morning PE workouts, could be anecdotal.

So do you use the cacao powder like you would use ground coffee with water? Or do you add almond milk instead?
The Best MCT is C8 that's what I use with no fillers

The Best MCT is C8 that's what I use with no fillers
Usually, i use a slightly heaping tablespoon of Cacao and just enough hot (not boiling) water to mix, add the MCT oil (youre right, C8 is where it is at, so expensive though) and additional water with the optional grass fed butter.

Yesterday I tried enough hot water to mix, and rest Almond milk: the drink was not as hot as I usually took it but definitely creamier beverage.

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

    Good hustle!

I am a bit sensitive to cocoa in some forms, as in it makes me a bit jittery at times. That could be a dosing error though, but I don't have it too often.

I've read about those "bullet coffees" and variants, sounds good. I think the use of good fats is very important for optimal brain health and good energy levels.
The MCT oil I haven't tried, but I've read good stuff about it.

My current stack for this month or so is mainly Vitamin C, Butcher's Broom, Zinc and Speman from Himalaya Herbals.
I also bought some Indian penis massage oils (I'm crazy), so far there might be a bit of change in vascularity due to the use of those, but I will not say anything solid. Mainly trying for fun.
Oh, also the Chyavanaprasha is in my rotation, also from Himalaya Herbals.
I do have some Tongkat Ali with me as well along with Swedish Flower Pollen.
And yes iGrowSteady, in my personal experience it did produce the ropes effect! But also decently strong pelvic floor muscles are important and hydration especially. I got the Tongkat Ali and Swedish Flower Pollen from Ken of Rootofthematter. (I'm not linking anything, so I hope it's OK I just state my sources.)
His webpage is a bit quirky or to my last recall was so, but the products surely are good in quality.
L-Cit is nice, I don't have that at the moment and actually my bottle of it was a bit old, but I still found it to be working on many occasions.
I think with L-Cit you just have to go a bit beyond the suggestion / guide line on the bottle, as I recall someone claiming good effects with 3 grams ... And I surely tried with the same amount or so. Still saying though it's good to be cautious. While supplements are what they are called, I think some do have very strong effects!

Alright, I'll be continuing with my stack and with my day. I'll be riding a bike more often now and I do recall studies saying it's one of the sports that's not so great for reproductive organs, bloodflow considered and all. I must some other exercises to counter-attack the stress from the saddle.

I use the MCT C8 from bulletproof and yes pretty expensive.
The combination of C8 an C10 would still be good, just not perfect.
C12 lauric acid isn't really an MCT

Re: The array of supplements I've tried health and PE wise

A bit of update; I ran a course of Speman. No ropes effect with this. I suspect it's more for the health of the sperm, not so much about being a "Peter North" -stud.
The ingredients in Speman are decent and I felt it had some mental health effects, as it contains Mucuna Pruriensis, which I've used before.
The directions tell to take it for several months though, I only ran about a month, but from prior experience, a month or less is enough to see ropes effect.
Heck, with certain products you can see ropes in few days I would say. Of course the level of your arousal matters as well ...

For the moment I have the Butcher's Broom. Can't put a finger what I've gained of it, nothing bad at least.
I have some Zinc in my rotation and I have the Chyavanaprasha which I usually take daily.
Tongkat Ali I hadn't put into my rotation for now, although I might do it.
I have the Swedish Flower Pollen with me. I would say if you stay well hydrated and pop several of these Swedish Flower Pollen capsules during the day before some action, there can be a nice show.
I would like to find a decent European source for it, so there wouldn't be customs or taxes.

On a sidenote, not so much supplementation, but I made some deodorant out of baking soda, shea butter and cedar essential oil.
I know quite many go by without a deodorant, but I feel I need something ... But the one I was using (supposedly natural and all) just didn't do the job anymore.
Always fun to make stuff by yourself!

    What up my arkainigga.

Heavily reduced my stack to something basic.

I bought Panax Ginseng and Gingko Bilboa in liquid extract form from a Chinese store, they come in daily serving sized vials.

I take two vials of Gingko and one vial of Ginseng a day.

In addition to that I take Black Maca and MCT oil every morning.

Have you heard of Alma powder? Packs an insane antioxidant punch.

Been running those for the past 8 days, EQ has been insane.

Alma powder I haven't heard of, I can take a look into it!

My stack is quite basic as of now, I haven't started a run on the Tongkat Ali, using mainly Butcher's Broom and Zinc.
I do drink some powdered Yerba Mate quite often as well, nowadays I don't drink coffee almost at all. Might chance when I'm back in my native country.

I've added flower pollen to my rotation! Really energy-dense supplement. Last night some rope effects as well. Hopefully this can "replace" the Swedish Flower Pollen pills.
I think (now just thinking straight from memory) that flower pollen could be an antioxidant as well.

Sounds like a good stack you're taking, keep at it! My EQ has been quite decent, although I really need to do more kegeling!
