By what I read on the penis bible website and post I came up with what I will start supplementing with as I am definately not going to spend 129 bucks for some guide to tell me to supplemnet with. These are the supplements I will use to see if I can get penis growth from and also see if I can pack on some more muscle and grow taller all at the same time. I did my own research for this and compiled this.
Mucuna can be a very beneficial supplement for bodybuilders. It is high in the amino acid L-Dopa which helps maintain cholesterol and blood sugar levels already in normal range.
Another benefit of Mucuna is that it can increase the production of HGH (Human Growth Hormone). An increase in HGH levels can increase the body's ability to build lean muscle and break down fat.
Mucuna has also been shown to have diuretic effects. It increases tissue resiliency and improves coordination. Mucuna can also support healthy testosterone levels, which in turn can lead to increased muscle mass and strength.
In history, Mucuna has been used as an aphrodisiac. It is still used to support libido already in normal range in both men and women.

L-dopa had been shown to increase life expectancy in animals by helping to replace the dopamine normally lost by aging. (L-dopa is also a potent growth hormone releaser.)
Mucuna Pruriens contains a significant amount of naturally occurring L-dopa, an amino acid that converts into dopamine. Mucuna pruriens has long been used in traditional Ayurvedic Indian medicine for Parkinson Disease. In a randomized, controlled, double blind clinical trials, researchers found the natural source of L-dopa from Mucuna Pruriens possess advantages over conventional L-dopa preparations in the long term management of Parkinson Disease.
L-dopa may be useful for improving attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by improving sleep disorder. ADHD is a chronic, neurologically based syndrome characterised by restlessness, distractibility and impulsivity. Many patients with ADHD experience sleep disorder that may cause them to be inattentive and hyperactive due to sleep deprivation. According to a study released during the American Academy of Neurology, patients taking Levadopa showed marked improvement in their sleep disorder, behavior, and mental acuity. Researchers argue that there may be a common link -- a dopaminergic deficiency in the brain that causes both the sleep disorders and the ADHD.Early pharmacological studies, published in 1927 and 1930 respectively, proved (in the rabbit) that L-dopa exerted significant effects on glucose metabolism (causing marked hyperglycemia) and on arterial blood pressure. Powdered Mucuna pruriens seeds (contains 3-4% L Dopa) were given to normal and diabetic rabbits. In normal group 0.5, 1 and 2 g/kg of M. pruriens significantly decreased the blood glucose levels while in diabetic rabbits only 1 and 2 g/kg body weight caused a significant fall. High levels of trace elements like manganese, zinc, and others were found in these seeds. Therefore, it is conceivable that M. pruriens seeds contain hypoglycaemic principles, may be both organic and mineral, which seem to act indirectly by stimulating the release of insulin and/or by a direct insulin-like action.
A group of French Urologists used apomorphine (Dopamine activator) for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. When animals have probes implanted that let them self-stimulate the pleasure pathway [dorsal raphe - ventral tegmental area – nucleus accumbens (NA)/prefrontal cortex (PFC)], they will often stimulate dopamine release into the NA/PFC, rather than eat or sleep, until they starve to death. This provides a strong evidence that participation of dopaminergic system in the control of sexual function. Dopamine is a precursor to adrenaline. Dopaminergic networks are associated with "pleasure and movement centers" and are thought to control mood, motivation and reward. Many rewards and pleasures can ‘trip the dopamine pleasure switch’, including sex, food, hugging, kissing, etc. Experimental data suggest that the release of dopamine are present at all stages of sexual behaviour in rodents. It is likely that dopamine can trigger penile erection by acting on oxytocinergic neurons located in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus, and perhaps on the pro-erectile sacral parasympathetic nucleus within the spinal cord.
Mucuna Pruriens has also been popular among athletes as L- Dopa contains natural secretagogues which may support the body's ability to stimulate the natural release of growth hormone. The blood carries the dopamine into the brain, where it naturally increases HGH production from the pituitary gland. Human growth hormone (hGH), or somatotropin, is a protein made up of 191 amino acids which is secreted by the pituitary gland and coordinates normal growth and development. Receptors which respond to hGH exist on cells and tissues throughout the body. The most obvious effect of hGH is on linear skeletal development. But the metabolic effects of hGH on muscle, the liver, and fat cells are critical to its function. The increased dopamine levels also optimize the production of other hormones, including testosterone, leading to increased sex drive and improved sexual performance for both men and women, beneficial in stimulating muscle growth, as well as burning fat from fat cells
L-Dopa provides a large number of health benefits:
Dramatically Strengthens The Immune System; Regenerates The Heart, Kidney, Liver & Lungs; Promotes Deep Sleep; Reduces Body Fat & Cellulite; Decreases Wrinkles; Proves Skin Texture And Appearance; Increases Bone Density & Reverses Osteoporosis; Increases Lean Muscle Mass; Improves Mood And Sense Of Well Being; Enhances Libido & Sexual Performance; Increases Energy Levels; Improves Cholesterol Levels!

Horny Goat Weed
Works by increasing nitric oxide levels, which relax the smooth muscles. This allows more blood flow to the penis or clitoris or other smooth muscles thus enhancing the overall sexual performance.
Additionally, it also acts as a mild PDE-5 inhibitor. PDE-5 is an enzyme which is produced in a ‘negative feedback’ loop. As more blood flows to the genitals, PDE-5 metabolizes the nitric oxide almost as fast as it is being formed to keep it in check. If the body does not produce enough of this enzyme, damage to the erect penis could result from too hard of an erection. This is called priapism. Horny Goat Weed produces a small amount of PDE-5 inhibitors within safe levels unlike Viagra that also has harmful side effects.
Studies have also shown that Horny Goat Weed has anti-fatigue effects and helps evade adrenal exhaustion.

Acetylcholine was the very first neurotransmitter to be identified back in the early 1900s. It is made simply from choline and a two-carbon molecule called acetyl. Dietary choline and phosphatidylcholine (also known as lecithin) serve as the sources of free choline for acetylcholine synthesis. Acetylcholine is found in the brain and the peripheral nervous system. Acetylcholine plays numerous roles. In the brain, acetylcholine is involved in learning and memory. Acetylcholine stimulates muscle tissue. You can purchase Choline Bitartrate here.
Supplements such as choline raise levels of acetylcholine. They are both available without a prescription.
Once produced, acetylcholine is stored in brain cells and released into the synaptic cleft upon stimulation. When released into the synaptic cleft, the enzyme acetylcholinesterase breaks acetylcholine back down into choline and acetyl. In Alzheimer’s disease, there is a shortage of acetylcholine, and one of the ways doctors have tried to increase the levels of this neurotransmitter is by prescribing drugs, such as tacrine and galantamine, that inhibit the enzyme acetylcholinesterase. An alternative to these drugs, a Chinese herbal extract called huperzine A, can also inhibit this enzyme. Galantamine is now available without a prescription.
Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that helps facilitate erections.

Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg
Acetyl-l-carnitine (ALC) is a modified form of carnitine that is claimed by some researchers to exert superior effects compared to regular carnitine.
ALC is used in these conditons:
Anti-Aging & Life Extension:
ALC retards some aspects of the aging process.
In brain and heart tissue, ALC reduces the deposition of the age pigment lipofuscin that contributes to much of the damage associated with the aging process.
ALC reduces the damage to the brain’s neurons that occurs in association with aging and inhibits some age-associated changes in the skin.
ALC exerts numerous protective effects on the brain that may benefit Alzheimer’s disease patients.
A recent meta-analysis combining the results of numerous clinical trials of ALC treatment for Alzheimer’s disease found that ALC treatment slowed the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, improved memory, attention span, coordination, verbal fluency, and improved participation in family and social life in Alzheimer’s disease patients.
Attention Deficit Disorder:
A recent study suggests that ALC may reduce inappropriate impulsiveness in children with ADD.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:
In a clinical trial, twenty four weeks of ALC treatment was found to reduce mental fatigue and improve attention span in chronic fatigue syndrome patients.
Diabetes Type 2:
ALC has been shown in a clinical study to improve glucose disposal in diabetes type 2 patients.
ALC enhances the function of the mitochondria (the body’s energy producing mechanism located in every cell of the body).
Clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of ALC to reduce fatigue and increase subjective feelings of energy.
ALC is a useful therapy for the prevention of glaucoma. It helps to prevent the process known as cross-linking which initiates the damage to the optic nerve that is implicit in glaucoma.
ALC has been demonstrated to increase alertness in normal, healthy people and in people with age-associated mental impairment.
In a study on young subjects, ALC was found to improve attention span in young people and in a test involving video games it improved hand-to-eye coordination by 300% to 400%.
In elderly people (over 65), ALC has been found to improve verbal fluency (the mental ability to express thoughts via language).
ALC improves creativity by enhancing the ability of the two hemispheres of the brain (the right and left sides of the brain) to communicate with each other.
Numerous human clinical studies have also demonstrated the ability of ALC to significantly improve learning ability and memory.
Several clinical trials have demonstrated the ability of ALC to alleviate depression in elderly people. It has not yet been studied on young people with depression.
ALC significantly reduces deposits of the damaging aging pigment named lipofuscin in heart tissue and improves the function of the energy producing “powerplants” (mitochondria) in the heart.
In a recent study on rats, ALC supplementation was found to almost totally restore the cellular energy activity and respiration rate in the hearts of elderly rats to a level similar to that found in young rats.
ALC has been found to increase immunity by enhancing the ability of macrophages to function as phagocytes, which leads to increased ability of the immune system to engulf and destroy toxic microorganisms that gain entrance in the body. This effect would be expected to increase the body’s resistance to bacterial and viral diseases.
In a clinical study involving men aged 60+ who received 2,000 mg of ALC per day for six months experienced improved ability to attain and sustain erections. The improvement in the men who received ALC was greater than in those who received testosterone. The study indicates that ALC is a useful therapy for elderly men with impotence.
Clinical trials have demonstrated the ability of acetyl-l-carnitine to improve memory in normal, healthy people and in Alzheimer’s disease patients. It improves long-term and short-term memory as well as spatial memory (remembering one’s position in space).
ALC’s potent antioxidant properties in the brain are beneficial for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease. ALC also improves the function of the dopamine neurotransmitter system in the brain, the system that is most affected during the course of Parkinson’s disease. ALC improves the release and binding of dopamine to dopamine receptors.
ALC prevents neurotoxin-induced damage to dopamine-using neurons in the brain.
A clinical study found that giving ALC to laboratory animals prior to exercise increased their maximum running speed. Other studies have found that ALC improves stamina in athletes.
ALC counteracts stress by inhibiting the excessive release of the potentially toxic stress hormone named cortisol. It also helps to prevent the depletion of some hormones (such as testosterone) that occurs as a result of excessive stress.
ALC helps to prevent cataracts by preventing simple sugars from damaging the naturally-occurring proteins within the eyes. It also prevents age-related impairment of eyesight by protecting certain neurons in the optic nerve and brain from age-associated damage.
500 - 1,500 mg per day in young people.
1,500 - 2,500 mg per day in healthy elderly people.
2,500 - 3,000 mg per day in elderly people with cognitive impairment.
