    Pumping for length

    is there a specific recommended technique to pump for length rather than girth? or is it a smarter idea to stick with length exercises instead?
    Starting stats October 2016:
    BPEL: 6.8"
    MSEG: 5.1"
    BEG:5.5
    FL:4.5"
    Current stats May 2017:
    BPEL: 7.6"
    BPFSL:7.8".........update 17 May: 7.9"
    MSEG: 5.6"
    BEG: 6"
    FL 5.5-6"

    Short term goal: 9.5"x6"
    Long term goal: 11"x6.5"

    I've seen this idea tossed around in the past. Don't know much on the subject though. If I recall, you want a tube as close to the width of your erection, or slightly more to limit in tube expansion and lots of lube to reduce skin friction. Don't know about tube length though.

    I guess the length would be the length you want to get to? sort of using the pump as a method to "Pull" you penis rather than actually pumping

    One guy on another forum claimed he gained length with his air pump by constantly pumping back and forth between high pressure and his base pressure (5Hg).

    During his pumping set he'll pump up to a high pressure he's accustomed to keep it there for a few seconds, go back to 5Hg and reset. He said he used to do this a 100 times each pumping set before leaving it.on 5Hg for the rest of the set

    I messed around with this last year with all the pumping I did but I feel like I didn't do it long enough to gauge if it was effective not; I'm pretty sure I wore out my air pump handle this way though.

    You could try the Bathmate expressive stretching

    Expressive Stretching using this method and the Hardcore Stretches would be something like:

    Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate

    Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

    Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

    Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

    Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Twist to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds

    Twist to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds

    Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

    Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Down Twist to Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    Straight Down Twist to Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

    With all that said i would still recommend doing length and girth as separate exercises, this will just help bring out the inner penis.

    I intend to get a bathmate and an air pump with the diameter close to my girth with lots of length,I like the feeling of both air and water pumping so I don't want to miss out on either. hopefully business goes well and then I can get all the tools I want

    Skip air, just not natural to the body. Causes way too much retention, blisters, and discoloration. The BathMate, using water as it's for of pressure is totally natural to the body and so much more effective. I would get your BathMate first and wait on the air pump.     I was thinking that air pumping is more for pleasure rather than PE, I know that bathmate is pleasurable too but for me,I would say air pumping is more pleasurable
