    A big ass post this time, taking Penis Enlargement to new heights.


    Monday: Session felt pretty good again. Total workout time was 60 minutes and effective workout time 40 minutes, which means 20 minutes resting time. I normally don’t really kegel after my workout. After my workout today, I couldn’t kegel longer than 2 seconds for 15 minutes. After that it became normal. Could this be an sign of the reverse kegel effect?
    I’m getting better in focussing with my mind on stretches, this is a way how mind power can aid physical power in Penis Enlargement. It’s like concentrating hard on body part that needs to be modified.
    I wrote down a detailed version of my routine in an excel file. In this way you guys can check out my workout per day and I create more structure in my Penis Enlargement development. YES, I’m serious with this shit.
    From now I’m trying to implement exercises that emphasize the inner ligs (not sure what it is called, between balls and anus) and the suspensory ligament. My purpose with this is to “kill” the suspensory ligament and pull that inner penis out.

    Tuesday: My inner penis area feels sore. The soreness went away in the before the evening. Yesterday after my routine I applied baby lotion to my entire penis. My flaccid was noticeably bigger. I also got “bothered” a lot with semi-erections during the day. Got fed up with that and clamped edged my my dick for 30 minutes. After that again applied lotion. Was big flaccid hanging at the gym, with the gray sweat pants. Too bad most of the chicks where gone or at the other area.
    Studied the mother of all lig stretches thread. Now it has gotten into me! The ligament is pulled with the index finger in the opposite direction and NOT the dick. Tried some stretches but am too tired for Penis Enlargement. Will try to master this one proper.

    Wednesday: Funny enough, my new developing stretch also kind of uses this theory. It is only more extreme and dangerous. I want to see which gives more gains, the dangerous way or the save way of execution. It is dangerous because of the high intensity, while the save method has variable intensity. From today I will only do my new stretch for the suspensory ligament and the stretching with two sticks for the inner ligs. This will show me whether it works or not and if the combination is good.
    I will post it in the main forum next year, whether successful or not.
    I got a good tip from homelesswombat. To replace my girth days for now with edging and kegeling. This means my routine is now L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R.
    Was wrecking my suspensory ligament with the x-stretches. Shit was burning like a mofo!
    I did 4 sets of 30s x-stretch (very intense and penis needs to be grabbed firm, that why I couldn’t hold them for long) and then directly do about 4 sets of 60s 2sticks-stretch to pull the inner dick out. Couldn’t not get the same intensity with inner dick as Monday.
    Oh snap, couldn’t resist the temptation after 5 min of edging and blew my load.

    Thursday: Again like Tuesday my flaccid is big and getting semi-erect on nothing.
    I did some egding for 10 min and some clamped egding for 20 minutes. Not forcing expansion with it just filling it with blood.
    In the evening I did some kegels. I can still feel some soreness around the public bone.
    Notice that my routine this week is not like L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R, but next week it will. This week routine would be L- E&K-L-E&K-L-L-R. I’m curious to see what to 2 successive length days will do with my penile status and of course with gaining.

    Friday:
    Went to the barbershop. There was a really beautiful girl there. I had lots of eye contact with her, one look lasted about 20 seconds. But I didn’t had the guts to approach her.
    Today’s workout was ok. I hit the suspensory ligament good, but had troubles with stretching the inner dick. I did feel the stretch it but couldn’t variate much in intensity. Was tired in the beginning and didn’t want to get through with the routine. But I went through and my motivation increased while performing exercises.
    During my workout I was watching a documentary on the television: the world’s biggest penis. It featured two guys that claimed to be 12” and 14”( 1.75m height). The guy with a 14” had a 8” faccid. Damn, talking about huge. (I believe his name is Jonah Falcon.) They didn’t mention anything about girth. This also motivated me. Ok, I know he was born with it. But I will get my inches trough hard work. I know that DLD can beat him in a few years lol.

    Saturday: Suspensory ligament area feels sore. Mostly around left and right of the ligament.
    For those that read my entire progress, have read that I’m not using the extender till next year... Shit, I’m so crazy with Penis Enlargement that I whooped the extender out today, yeah papo. I just HAVE TO take advantage of that suspensory ligament. Going raw, gangsta and hardcore.
    Did a step back with my extender bars and wore it for 160 min. Focussing more on time than high tension. Will keep tension around 800 grams.

    Sunday: Restday.
    Blew my load 4 times this week. Got to reduce it next week.
    I also have to stretch more manually.
    This week no real pain from the tear.

    Will post the detailed routine once at month as attachment.

    Monday: Did 6 normal stretches and put the extender on. A lot of people say they wear the extender for 8 hours. I never wore it that long. My “record” is probably around 4 hours. I’m not going for such long times.
    I did not do much manual work today, because I got home late and went to bed early.
    Measured my BPFSL, which was 8.4”!!! Looks like gains are coming . If you read back in my thread than you can see that my PBFSL on 25-10-’09 was 8.1”. Thats a 0.3” increase! I know that erect gains are more important.
    After my measurement I just had to clamped egde. To expand my stretched tissues. I want to make differences between BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL as small as possible.
    All my story telling probably make you wonder whether or not I’m speaking the truth. I guess at some point I will have to upload some pictures. I will, but not yet. Don’t feel like it, meaning I’m not at that level of confidence yet.

    Tuesday: Did some light manual work. Couldn’t get the 8.4 again in the extender. I have to invest more time in my manuals. High intensity manuals and extender should work well. The problem is all my manual workouts are at night before I go to sleep. Before that time I sometimes hit the gym and take a shower.
    Looking at the possibilities to buy a Bathmate.

    Wednesday: This day should be an edging/kegel day, but its not. I want to have a good manual session. I wore my extender 4 hours on low tension. (with breaks)
    After taking a shower I had a good manual session with intense stretching. After that I put the extender on at 1400 tension. To much tension, but I wanted to try it for one time. Right when I was finished with the extender I did a short clamping session.
    I’m again too curious to wait what my BPenis EnlargementL is, because of my BPFSL increase. When measuring my BPenis EnlargementL today, I came to the conclusion that I’ve grown 0.1”. I was 7.7” 11-11-’09, so it took me a month to grow to 7.8”. This is exactly the same growth as the period before this one. I hope I can keep this up.

    Thursday: Opa told me on MOS, that anyone with a 6.4”> girth should go for the Bathmate X-40 model. I send Bathmate an email and that model should be for sale at 14-12-’09 at my country. A Bathmate would be great for me as supplement for girth work. Also took keep my current girth and expand it without too much work, because I’m focussing more on length right now.
    According to Rhino9, with my current stats, I could be able to pump myself to 9” x 8” with the Bathmate. Damn son, that some sick shit, freaky shit. I know it is not instantly permanent, but I’m just imagining.
    I have to increase my knowledge concerning pumping techniques, cause I’m a noob in that field.
    Did some kegels and some non-clamped egding.

    Friday: Feel the stretch more in the extender when close at the mark the second bar of 1400g. I will not go beyond this. I want that length and I’m gonna chase it.
    My sub goal is to get a BPenis EnlargementL of 8.5” and then get my girth game on again, together with length. Kinda like my routine described in one of the first posts.
    After some hours of extender work I did some clamped edging. (Can handle some pressure now). I accidentally busted a nut.
    Put the extender on 3 hours after busting. I noticed that my penis is more difficult to stretch and I feel a sore pain in the extender.

    Saturday & Sunday: Rest. Feeling tired very easily.
    Just like last week, I feel my manual work was not sufficient.

    No real update for this week sorry. School was taking over.
    I ordered the Bathmate X-40 model on saturday. According to order confirmation It should take 7-10 days.
    So Santa is gonna be a little late,but I forgive him .

    I'm currently almost isolation my Penis Enlargement workouts on my new stretch, low tension extender wearing and light egded clamping.

    Been working on the new stretch for almost 2 months. If someone hasn't come up with this one yet, I will call it KingCobra's snake choker .

    Happy 2010!

    It has been awhile since I updated my thread. Had some school stuff going on, which really occupies me. Even now and for at least 2 months more I think. However, I do not want to neglect my Penis Enlargement progress. So I changed my routine. My wound is quite healed. That means I can slowly work my way back to heavy girth work. The change in routine occurred also because of a Length Master and a Bathmate which are headed my way . I’m really excited on testing them. Don’t know what will make me more crazy: the burning sensation LM or the expansion of the Bathmate. Anyway I’m pumped.

    Did not manage reach my goal, which was 8.0” BPenis EnlargementL before 2010. I’ve gaining quite well, so I shouldn’t complain much about it. Like the Penis Enlargement guys say, “it is not a race, but a marathon”. A marathon can be run or crawled. Meaning, do not expect rapid gains, BUT give all of your effort and keep a consistent pace. I know I can do better, be more consistent with Penis Enlargement and get better results. Also for you guys: Keep improving yourself! Whether its mastering new exercises/devices, getting across the bridge, changing or creating a routine or work on Penis Enlargement knowledge; you can do it!!!
    Life itself is not very different.

    Monday: Did a kegel workout in the morning and an edged clamping session of 20 min in the evening.

    Tuesday: Today I received my LM and Bathmate X-40. Tried out the Bathmate in the evening in the shower. I don’t take baths, I take showers. Bathmate X-40 came in a brown box inside a bag with the shower-strap and two rulers. That mofo is big man. Its almost as long as my upper leg and I’m 1.93 m. Filled it up with water in the shower and it became quite heavy, so I’m happy with the support strap. Used when my testicles got loose on flaccid penis. When I pumped, I felt the powaa! Took it off after 5 min, this was just a test.

    Wednesday: Did two Bathmate sessions 5 min in the morning and 10 min in the evening. Today I’m trying the LM. After my evening Bathmate session, I did some standard Penis Enlargement stretches. My penis was less stretchable and still swollen from the Bathmate. I regained more stretch after some time. I did my stretch after this one, the KC’s snake chokers. Now, I’m ready for the LM. Used my extender wrapping for the LM, which worked out ok after some tries. I can say that the LM is more comfortable than an extender. I tried Blue whale’s stretch with it and it felt very good. I felt the burn! Let the inches come! Did some light clamped edging to finish it.

    Thursday: I’m getting better in using the Bathmate, although still some air gets in. Trimmed my pub-hair to see of it helps.

    Friday: For some reason I couldn’t get my penis comfortable in the LM. Will try again next week.
    Tested the Bathmate in a bath. Which worked quite well. Its only really time and water consuming.

    Saturday: Rest day.

    Sunday: Pumping with the Bathmate in the shower goes a lot better. With the X-40 you really need the support from the support strap, in my opinion. It is quite heavy with all the water, I even use my left hand to support it. I’m now able to pump myself to about 21 cm (8.4”), with minimal loss of water. The girth in the Bathmate is sick, really sick. Did some clamping after Bathmate session. Starting to look massive again from the side in the mirror.
    I really want to master the Bathmate and LM in order to apply them effectively in my routine.

    Day 1- Length
    -Bathmate (10min)
    -Light stretches(up, down, right, left)
    -Extender work (3-4h)
    Evening:
    -Bathmate (10min)
    -Light stretches (up, down, right, left)
    -Heavy stretches like Bluewhale stretches, KC’s snake chokers and LM-stretches.
    -Short Clamping to fill up the newly stretched tissues.(5 min)

    Day 2- Girth
    -Bathmate (10min)
    -Light stretches(up, down, right, left)
    -Extender work(3-4h)
    Evening:
    -Bathmate (10min)
    -Kegels
    -Clampwork consist mainly of Uli#3, Horses, Reverse jelqs, glans expansion, Bending & squeezing and some edging.


    Will schedule the days the weeks like this: L-G-L-G-L-G-R.
    I’m keeping a log in excel to get a view over my exercises and time, that I will use to monitor myself.

    It would maybe be better to do the evening Bathmate session as last item, but that is not time-wise possible for me.

    Can't believe, that no-one hasn't commented your blog yet. Congratulations about your gains. Your girth is huge. I think you could maximize your length gains, if you drop out girth work. If you look OPA's routine, you really should do length daily, or even twice a day. I agree with that.

    Thanks man. I try to wear the extender everyday 3-4h and do low intensity manual stretching. The reason why I do girth is because I love clamping, I'm addicted to it.
    But, you're right more length work will increase length gains. I need to be more consistent also.

    Concerning the women. Haven't done any bulge exibitions lately. Will get it up after a while.

    Monday: Wore the extender for 200 minutes. I’m wearing the extender upward. Did a Bathmate session of 15 minutes. Was too tired to manual session, went to sleep early.

    Tuesday: Wore the extender for 140 minutes. Did a Bathmate session of 15 minutes. After that some kegels: 5x15; 5x20; 6x40 (reps*secs). Two clamping session of 1x10 and 1x15. I did the clamping without porn, with my imagination. Next time I will use porn .

    Wednesday: Since I’m using the Bathmate I notice a improvement in EQ. I’m sometimes popping unwanted boners. Shit, it sometime happens right in the beginning of my extender sessions. I still notice air getting in the Bathmate. I currently try to counter this by pre-moistening the soft material that come into contact with the body and keeping stable with my left hand. Does anyone knows a solution to this problem? Wearing the Bathmate higher also seems to help some
    Wore the extender for 190 minutes. Did two Bathmate session of 10 minutes (morning/evening). Did some snake chokers, which made my ligs sore. I notice this when wiggling my penis. After that, put on the LM and stretched for 20 minutes with a low intensity. Did upward and downward Bluewhale stretches. Pulling hard made my glans hurt, minor detail. The circulation was good. To end it did 5 minutes of clamped edging. Overall, good workout.

    Thursday: I noticed that when the extender wrapping is done more tightly and with a thicker part under the glans, there is less slipping. Will apply it like that. Wore the extender 70 minutes. Got great advice from geoffb123 on using the Bathmate. Apply vaseline if you got issues with air leaking from the base. I also made the decision to do one session per day, which will be in the evening. Reached a litte over 19 cm (which is somewhat over 21 cm in real measurement) in the Bathmate, couldn't measure the girth inside, but it looked sick. I put the clamp on after the Bathmate for 30 minutes, my penis did felt fuller in my hand.

    Friday and Saturday: Sick

    Sunday: Did only Bathmate session of 20 minutes.

    Monday: Nothing done.

    Tuesday: Wore the extender for 190 minutes. Increased bars on the extender by adding an extra 0.5”bars . Try to keep tension between 700-1400 g. I have to push myself a little bit in the extender if I want to gain more length. Flaccid stretch in extender is around 20.5cm.
    Bathmate workout was good. Next time I want to time the pumping session.
    Afterwards I did some snake chokers followed by extender wearing and short clamping.

    Wednesday: Wore the extender for 140 minutes. Why do I keep popping boners in the extender? I’m not aroused. Used the Bathmate in the shower again for 20 minutes, timing it with a watch. Reached 19.5 cm on the printed outside ruler. After the Bathmate, I put the clamp on for about 35 minutes. I double clamped, one at the base and one on the mid-shaft. Guess what… my weakest link was let me down again.

    Thursday: My frenulum tore again, fuck. Not as worse as last the first time, but enough to give me some paining sensation when retracting the foreskin. Still used the Bathmate for 20 minutes, with surprisingly no pain afterwards. I have to do something about this.

    Friday: Still irritated. Applied olive oil twice today. Didn’t do any Penis Enlargement.

    Saturday: Pain is gone. Will have to watch out with double clamped exercises. Did clamping for some time, which went fine. The double clamp probably put too much stress on the wound.
    Wore the extender for 70 minutes. Bathmate session of 20 min. Did 6x1 min snake chokers. Put on the LM for 20 min without wrap, felt pretty good. Did some bundles with the LM, BTC and Blue whale’s. To finish it clamped for 5 to 10 min.

    Sunday: Had a Bathmate session of 20 min and did clamped exercises for 30 min. It looks like I’m getting bigger, but I’m not going measure yet. Too much measuring without changes can work negative on my morale. I’m better off believing that I get bigger, just a mental aspect. My goal for next week is to work harder than this week.

    25-01-2010 to 31-01-2010

    Monday: Wore the extender for 260 minutes.
    Had a Bathmate session of 20 min. Length on BathmateG scale 19.5 cm.
    Did some snake chokers 6x0.5 min. Going for the heavy variation, need to control it again.
    LM session of 15 min: bundles, Blue whale’s. Need better wrapping for LM.
    5 minutes of clamping to fill the sausage up.
    *I always to some standard manual stretches as warm up for extender, manual routine and Bathmate.

    Tuesday: Wore the extender for 120 minutes. Stretching around 20.5.
    Had a Bathmate session of 20 min. Put the clamp on right after the Bathmate for a light clamping session. Felt good while edging with clamp when looking to my dick from the side.
    I have good news and bad news. Bad is that my wound opened again, yes again. I probably don’t give it enough time to heal. Anyway, frenulum surgery is planned in the 2nd week of February. I’m doing this with the aim of terminating the weakest link in my Penis Enlargement, which slows my progress down all the time.
    Good news is that I saw visual gains when I was egding, after the clamping session. The shaft was rock hard and looked around 8.0 BPenis EnlargementL. I know the ruler never lies, but I didn’t feel like measuring. Shit I want to continue this gaining, it feels so good.

    Wednesday: Quite painful when retracting foreskin in the shower. Applied some oil after morning and even shower. Some extra before sleeping.

    Thursday: Wore the extender for 150 minutes. Things are again ok, for now.
    Took a BPenis EnlargementL measurement. I can see that I’ve breached over the 7.8” almost at 7.9". I’m attacking the borders of 8,0”!

    Friday: Had again some issues with the wound, decided to let it heal.

    Saturday: Drew an image of snake choker Penis Enlargement technique. Did some Penis Enlargement in toilet work, 15 minutes.

    Sunday: Had a manual session of 30 minutes. Did normal stretches, mother of ligs and snake chokers. I am now more careful with applying pressure on the frenulum. Concluding from this week I could say that I’m gaining in BPFSL and BPenis EnlargementL. The injury breaks are freaking me out and holding up my maximum gaining ability.

    I decided to call it Snake Choker for the base cutting and the very firm grip needed behind the head.

    This is how to do them:
    1. Light pre-stretch for some time.
    2. Get a heavy object that you won’t be able to lift with your penis. Preferably in shape of a dumbbell (I use a 23 kg dumbbell) Get a soft clothing material that is easy on the penis and is not too elastic. I use pyjama pants and tie the legs together. Try to roll the pants making the contact area smaller. The weight should be on the floor, red material is longer than shown in picture.
    3. The clothing goes on the grip area of the dumbbell and on the base of the penis(suspensory lig) when stretched out.
    4. Then stretch upwards around 11:00 and try to lift the weight.(determine your own force) Grip firmly behind the head and use 2 hand for grip if needed.
    5. At max stretch/force throw in reverse kegels, watch the breathing. Hold for 30-60 seconds per set.


    Only for extra resistance, turn hand as shown in picture when at stretch/force or simply use the legs.
    It is also possible to do them with less weight and to actually lift the object, this requires more grip and control and can be more dangerous.
    I will not boast about how great the exercise is, you should try and judge for yourself.

    Monday: Resting day.
    Getting questions what I do in the bathroom for 20 minutes after taking a shower, cutting a little on the Bathmate.

    Tuesday: 30 minutes of manuals. Did normal stretches, mother of ligs and snake chokers.

    Wednesday: Wore extender for 180 minutes. Some extender information:
    My extender is from X4-labs, which has the comfort-strap that I use. My padding is really simple and specially for the comfort-strap. I use 2 piece of gauze bandages with the same length. Wrap the first one nice and tight under the glans. I fold the other one via the length axis and apply it comfortably tight under the head. This creates an angle when the comfort-strap is tightened. I can wear it for 60-80 minutes without removing it.
    I Added more length to the extender. Have to stretch considerably more than my BPenis EnlargementL.
    Extender = 3.75 inch. Extender +3”bars +1”bars = 7.75”. My flaccid glans is around 0.8-1“. The extender has also screws for tension adjustment which can add about 0.8”. I keep the tension between the 2nd and 3rd tension bar, which represents 700-1400g. I’m stretching around 8.2”-8.5”.

    Thursday: Wore the extender for 60 minutes, not enough time. 35 minutes of manuals. Did normal stretches, mother of ligs and snake chokers.

    Friday: Wore the extender for 120 minutes. Before wearing the extender I did some normal stretching, BTC and MOAL.

    Saturday: Couldn’t do anything.

    Sunday: Before wearing the extender I did some normal stretching, BTC and MOAL. Wore the extender for 120 minutes. I’m getting a good stretch from the extender.When stretching around 8.2”-8.5” I feel that EL gains are coming. I also notice less unwanted erections from cutting on the Bathmate.
    I have decided to take a ruler pic when I reach 8.0" BPenis EnlargementL.
    I'm getting a bit anctious about next week... I probably have to break in Penis Enlargement, but it is for the best...

    Had the frenulum surgery done today. It didn’t hurt at all, the local anesthetic shot was only a little painful. Healing process will take about a month. I’m addicted to Penis Enlargement, but I’m serious about this now.
    I just don’t want to tear anything again, because it is going to hold me up again. My length and girth will come back faster eventually, which I already witnessed. Guess I have sit this one out.
    After that I can finally go back to hardcore clamping and using the LM more effective. I wonder what the LM users use as wrapping? (read things about Theraband, is that the material used for body exercises?) My extender wrapping just isn’t sufficient at all.
