Okay, so i am using DLD's Total SizeGenetics & Bathmate routine as the basis of my 30 day Total Package routine.

I will wake up each morning and do manual work from a pool of these exercises;
Mother of All Lig Stretches,
Bundled stretches in all directions,
Bundles Tunica stretches,
Heavy downward stretches (To revert my baseball bat shape).
These are stretches i like and that i feel benefit me the most. You may like to choose differently.
Along with this i will use my SizeGenetics Extender for no less than 4 hours a day at 1 hour stints. In between each stint i can either massage or do 10 minutes of manual work to keep good circulation. I'll explain why i'm only doing hour stints later.
To finish off each day i will use my Bathmate. Sometimes i'll pump to a high intensity and leave it for 20 minutes, other times i will do DLD Hardcore Bathmate stretches at a lower intensity and sometimes i'll superset it with jelqs. You can do what you like here. Superset with SSJs, ULIs, Horses, whatever you want.
I am including options in my routine in order to keep my routine different each day to avoid any chance of a plateau in my 30 days.
I may finish the day by edging or jelqing or masturbating depending on which i feel like.
Day 1 - January 2nd.
I started this morning with a massage, no manual work as i wanted to loosen up for the day and didn't want to go too hard to start with.
I started my extender work at about 4pm. I stayed in for 2 hours. I then took another light massage and strapped in again for 1.5 hours. This is where i did my manual exercise for 15 minutes. I went for Mother of All Lig Stretches and heavy downward stretching including bundled versions. about 8 minutes each exercise.
I then jelq'd for a further 10 minutes to loosen up before i hit the Bathmate. When i entered the Bathmate i zoomed up to 190 instantly which i'm not too used to. After 10 minutes i took the Bathmate off and refilled it as i didn't have it on right. As i was already looking thicker, it was harder for me to get erect. I find if i have temp girth i don't get 100% erect. So i went in semi erect for the final 10-15 mins. I was about 185 for the remainder of the session.
I came out with some good temp girth, probably 6 inches i'd say and no signs of fluid retention.
I then strapped into the SizeGen instantly for 1.5 hours more. Now, here's where it got messy. My penis was in a very weird shape at the glands. My urethra/japs eye was solid. It wasn't cold, just very hard. Usually this area is soft, even in an erect state. Other parts of my glands were hard too, yet other parts soft. I have no idea what it was but i will not use the extender after the Bathmate again.
I massaged for 20 minutes and the hard areas went away and seemed to fade. I then masturbated to relax my penis and calm everything down as i felt it was necessary.
I have a few blood spots but not an excess and that's about the only visible damage done.

I will need to remeasure my NBPenis EnlargementL and flaccid lengths again. I'll repost them here when i do.
This is a very powerful routine and i can feel there is a lot to be gained in a month on this routine, hence why i started this thread. I will do this every day unless i get an injury or if it proves too much for my penis.
