Good news, the shoulder surgery has not impeded my Penis Enlargement efforts. I find myself doing most my manual stretching with my left hand (I'm naturally right handed) but no biggie there. I also want to shout that I thank everyone here on MOS. I come on here morning, noon, and evening to catch up on everyone's progress. It's like a research lab and a fitness gym at the same time. Making yourselves the better you that you want to be. So cheers to everyone. We need to mark a MOS appreciation day on the calender, haha.
Stretching & SG
Yesterday I was able to add another hour of SG stretching in. I'm now getting a total of 3 hours a day. One in the morning first thing when I wake up. Than two more hours once I get home from work. Next week when I begin to find time for the 4th hour I will work on getting 1.5 hrs in the morning than another 30mins in one of the afternoon sessions. Wearing a uniform to work doesn't give me the baggy pants option. Lastly on the SG update, I've been stretching at 1200mgs. I don't see new bar addition being mad until I'm at 4hours a day unless 1200 begins to really feel like nothing, sorta like last night. Ideally, I'll get in 15-20mins of manual stretching during a lunch break but yesterday we wen for some all you can eat sushi. I'm looking to add the "A" stretch next month and transition into DLD blasters.
Girth & Bathmate
After my length work I got in 10 mins of jelqs and some some short clamped jelqs. I would clamp for a min and get 20 jelqs and switch hands. It felt good. I've wanted to take a step back from SSJ and see what gains I can make from more tame exercises. Than I put the Bathmate on for 20 mins. Reaching some old markers of 177 or so. I could get to 180 I believe but it would be really uncomfortable. This goes back to not being in Penis Enlargement for the race but for life. Some can and force their gains but I think some of the guys that have been doing this for years took most of time in stride.
End of the month deserves a measurement with pictures. My stretched length in the SG is over 7" now. I hope to see that in the EL. If so than I have some before and after I can put together. Girth has felt fuller too but I'm not sure I'm over 5". I want 8x6. I feel that once I'm locking in +4hrs in the SG I will get that length. Steady with the Bathmate should get me there too. Manual plus+Bathmate gets faster results but at what cost? I feel that stride, I mentioned earlier, can promote cemented gains.
