    Evening everyone. Finally getting around to a journal. Never been completely satisfied with my size. Sometime it feels like I'm not filling a girl well. Yeah, she probably get around or plays with herself too much. So yeah, here I am. It's great to find this community with some many guys finding success and support.

    Started Penis Enlargement on/off the last year but picked up full time daily again this back in Nov. Had a solid month with the Newbie routine. Had a shoulder surgery so I took a month off until I could get some even jelqing with both hands. So had a full week back with the Newbie routine and also picked up the SG to supplement my workouts. Here's my journal for the last week. Right now the routine is the length portion of the SG + Bathmate routine that DLD published (just without the Bathmate). Since I'm still barely a week into using the SG, time in has been limited but expected to increase. Girth work is done primarily with 4-5 slow jelqs. Once warmed up, I will use the none jelqing hand to squeeze the base to get more pressure in the jelq. Not sure if this is an exercise or not. (?) Once down the road, maybe add the SSJs. I'm also taking the Male extra pills. Haven't noticed a difference with those. Once those run out I will use some Magna RX that I have leftover from a while back (who remembers seeing those in the back of the magazine? hehe) Each workout is ended with a kegal routine. Input and comments are welcomed. Feels like a pretty basic routine kick off my first 6 months or so.

    The last 10 mins of the jelq work it was tougher to keep the upper ends of 80% election. Seemed like I was fatigued down there.

    Introductory week with SG completed. I'm going to start adding another 20mins (or so, time and comfort allowing) after the first 45 min session. But after the SG session I'm feeling very "stretched" down there, (of course, duh) but feeling too weak to do some stretches as prescribed in DLD's total workout routine. Are these for blood flow or to get some further micro tears in there before another SG session? I'm also thinking about going to the more thorough Newbie routine stretches in the beginning of the workout instead of the basic directions I've been doing. The perspective is those stretches are where the length gains come from and the SG is the cement. Anyone's thoughts?

    Do most SG'ers wear theirs down to stretch the ligs or do you all change it up to keep variable in your work outs?

    Also doubled up the kegal work out numbers. The kegal routine I'm executing now is... This leaves that worked out feeling that I used to feel the first couple times I did the work out at half the numbers.

    200x quick kegal flexes
    50x 7second holds
    2min duration hold

    EQ seems to be healthy the last couple days. When at 100% (which take some good stroking and quality porn) it feels rock hard, just not as easy to get there.

    Today I plan to look up what the function edging serves when added to workouts. Raises arousal level to make it easy to hold erection levels? Promote blood flow?

    The idea of the Total Workout is to put constant stress on the penis throughout the day. It seems like a huge workout but it really isn't, much of it is SizeGenetics work which takes no time aside from taking off and reattaching and even in this you will be doing manual stretching. EQ may suffer in the first few days due to fatigue but working in kegels will help.

    Went to more intensive manual stretching with today’s workout. I remember when I was doing these I was getting some red dots (signs of quality work getting done.) Felt really worked out once I got through these. Even so much has dropping the last set of straight up stretches. I can never get a good pull on those. Might look into doing these with a latex glove or some baby powder to have a better grip. Maxed out the tension with the extra large bar. It appears that I have to had a small bar to get more that 1000mg of tension. I thought it was already tough to get mounted on the SG as it was.

    I’m not sure how or why not EQ is pretty rock solid. I feel like the MaleExtra plays a big part in that. I still have to make a tough effort with getting the comfort strap mounting on the bars. Would have gone the 45mins on the second SG session but it's late and I'm in no rush.

    Yesterday I jerked off twice. Something about being hung-over on Sundays leaves me really horny. Needless to say, ejaculating felt amazing.     Today I made my first mod to my SG. I noticed that the tension on both sides seems uneven. Took a sharpie and made some line markers to make it very clear when I make a full rotation of the thumbscrews. After making even adjustments I’ve noticed that there is more tension on one side. My tool naturally lays to the left so this must been the tension evening things out. Also took tension up 1200mg. Felt a mean stretch today from the tension. Wasn’t stretched to 7” I found out too. Measuring from the side of the SG is a much different measurement than from the traditional top.

    Does anyone else on their SG, get different tension on both sides when they thumb screw evenly?

    On my second SG session I topped out the tension so either had some slippage or I'll be need to move up a bar. Stretching to just over 7 inches bone pressed length from the top.

    • Hot wrap
    Not sure if I like the Velcro. I used some ace bandage as a layer to protect the skin. No slipping that’s for sure, at least while it’s in there. Either method I get some slip when I’m stretching out to mount onto the bars.

    Something that is helping with the purple head while wearing the SG is squeezing the blood out right before you tighten the comfort strap.

    I still don’t know what to think about the SSJs yet. The expansion was no doubt good, much more than my slow jelqs. Beginning to come around and might get that membership so I can check out all the videos and QC my techniques.

    This time, watched Battlestar Galatica on Netflix while working out. This show is slow to pick up but I’m hooked now. Still holding out on WOW.

    Good workout to end the month with. Planning on measuring tomorrow more. Don’t have tape to get the girth but I can just wrap something around and measure that. I will likely measure standing up to keep things consistent from now on. I’m not sure how I didn’t last time I measured.
