    SirKyle making the switch (Newbie routine to Heavy equipped Newbie routine)

    Hi everyone,
    I'm into this game for a little over 3 months doing a newbie routine that was less intense than the one that DLD suggests. I'll detail what I did in the next posts. It produced some gains nevertheless, but nothing to be excited about.

    If it matters to anyone: I'm working out quite regularly and should have a decent testosterone level and growth hormones through it, but didn't test. (No injections or anything, just naturally produced hormones through heavy squatting and the like)
    I'm basically dabbling in powerlifting a little, just like DLD did and I'm also around the same height, so it's time to close the last gap and become a younger DLD
    Nah, I actually think you overdid it a little, I think I'd start to be happy at 7.5x5.5 and would definitely stop at 9x6.5 (you've heard it here first)

    Alright, so since the newbie routine didn't produce the gains I was hoping for I'm stepping up my game. I'll basically do a what I call a heavy equipped newbie routine which is a variation of DLD's Total workout. I detail more about it here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/s...433#post432433

    I have two extenders at home, currently experimenting with nooses, straps, vacuum extending. My Bathmate should arrive in the next couple of days and I spend my day at home, so I should be able to do plenty of extending.

    RS = Rice Sock, Kg = Kegel (= Do a Stretch, hold for 20 Kegels), HW = Hot Wrap
    3x[60+10V] means doing 3 Sets of 60 Jelqs, followed by 10 V-Jelqs.

    Distracted by FleshLight means, oh well, you figure that one out

    I had some thoughts about measuring since I'm not really sure how to measure BPenis EnlargementL, NBPenis EnlargementL and what not. How much can I press for not bone pressed? Also: The angle from which I look / take a picture changes so much, so I'm now basically using BPenis EnlargementL and ZPenis EnlargementL (zero press) as measurements that are the most optimistic and the most pessimistic way of reading from a ruler that is on top of my dick and goes to my pubic area.

    this is an export from Excel (txt with tab-delimiters) then I used the code subenvironment and added some spaces to make it line up better.

    I have no doubt that hanging is working and I'll probably get there, but for now I'll go on conditioning myself a little more like this

    Things are going good so far. My Bathmate arrived last week and I'm a happy pumper since Sunday
    Still experimenting with wraps & straps to get a good stretch in the SG. I'm not quite sure, but I think I added 1-2cm of rods already. Added another one yesterday, but had to take it back off this morning. Pretty sure it's gonna go back in soon though, hehe.
    Will finish with 100h of extending in May, going for 200+ in June
    More detailed report at the end of June.

    fuck yeah,
    I just added the 2nd large rod bringing me up to 193mm in BPXL. Now that might not be as huge as it sounds b/c it takes quite a bit of glans compression and pressing into the fat pad to reach that, but it's not like I didn't do the same thing when I was at 184 a couple of weeks ago.
    I'm fucking pumped. Going to friends birthday party later, no one's gonna have a clue what I'm really celebrating (I hope).

    I'm also gonna reduce my BatHydromaxating to 1on1off for now. I still have a bunch 55mm width condoms that I plan on using before switching to 57 or 60

    Sex with the GF has never been better. I can still make her cum with my tongue quite easily. I'm close to making her squirt with my finger I think. She's not really saying anything about whether she comes or not, but she's rolling her eyes and cramping up quite a bit. Last night it was like a sea in there.

    When I penetrated I got her to the point where she would grab her own legs and when I moved her legs towards me, she didn't let go of her body tension and lifted her head and everything up from the floor leaving her with sore abs later, haha

    Latest measurements are BPenis EnlargementL 189, MSEG 139-140, BG 135 from two weeks ago.
    BPXL is at 200, Latest Bathmate was a 170 max (for a couple of seconds only - released a bit due to pain after that)
    My BPenis EnlargementL / BPXL measurements are kinda with a bent body to get the most optimistic measurement and b/c I've always done it, I'll keep doing it for reference. It's the most reliable for me.
    I'll include dBPenis EnlargementL, dBPXL measurements though. d for documented meaning I have a picture of it and couldn't bend as much, you know how it goes.

    I think the extender is key right now actually. I'm really slacking with the Bathmate sometimes b/c I'm way more comfortable with my girth than my length right now, but I'm always getting those extender hours in. I couldn't say how much the manual stretching helps b/c I'm also doing that way more than I did ever before.
    I'd add though, that the SG and the Bathmate are huge for the motivation. With manual stretches you never really know where you're stretching too, but you can notice 2mm gains in the SG quite clearly which makes you pumped every time.

    one thing I'd like to add though is that I don't the SG is as stealthy as everyone makes it to be. I can pull this routine off b/c I'm spending most of my days in the front of my computer wearing sweat pants. At work I'd probably try to get in about 2-3h SG at home and add a different ADS during the day or something. Maybe just a little Vac with a weighted endcap or a stretch band that is attached to your knee. I don't know, I'm gonna start those experiments once I have to
