    Thumbs up Easy way to maintain gains routines?

    If you made size and are happy with it its Very simple to maintain gains and prevent shrinkage from age/life.

    1. Use a pump like the Bathmate, Penomet or DP-4000 Ed for 5-10 minutes

    2. Do basic manual stretches or DLD Blasters EOD or at least 3 times a week and jelqing for 10 minutes.

    3. Wear a PMP or Size genetics with the VLC tigger for 2 hours a day under medium tension.

    4. Wear the ROP at night for all it's for penis and testicle and hormone health.

    You can do one of the three or all 4 , I suspect if you did all 4 you could make more gains at a slower rate.

    This is my routine right now. Non aggressive easy to do and follow, no stress.

    Im new to the blog and just getting started on my quest to 9 in.This site has a lot to offer an i dont know where to start or what to get started with first. Any advise on what product or excercise you recommend to get going.
